Most of these so called "local guides" are clowns who must be getting kickbacks to give 5 star reviews. The breakfast buffet is a ripoff with very limited selections. Orange Juice that is from concentrate is $5.75 which should be a crime. The only positive was the omelet station and if I was you I would order 5 times to justify the cost. Harrahs doesn't care about the quality but that is not surprising

Always love this place. The food is great and so are the employees.

Food was good service was good. But we were never told you had to pay up front or saw any signs. we got chased out after we told her it was on the table she said “that’s not how it works but ok” and walked away. Sorry you should put some signs up if that’s how it works not everyone knows that.

Daniel, who is a new employee, was an excellent server with a very pleasant personality! He was very attentive to everyone’s needs, and checked back with us and all his tables several times to check on things! Some of the older employees could learn from him.

Great, quick bite for breakfast or lunch with gluten free options. Fast, friendly service.

The restaurant struggles with being efficient . While the staff is friendly the service is terrible. This is my third time here and defiantly the last. A single person at a table should no wait over an hour for their food. I rarely saw my waiter and my drink rarely got refilled and this has been a trending pattern since I first ate here. The atmosphere is great and the shop inside is oje limited selection tho.

Mediocre at best, and prices are high to be expected with a casino.... but the food wasn't great

We have been coming to Cherokee for over 20 years. We were there 6/ 19 around 12 the waitress came over ( Pamela) instant attitude. Had Rueben sandwich fries cold. No waitress to be found. What has happened to customer service. Sad how things have changed.

I feel like 3 stars is a little better than what I would rate it. We ordered the breakfast buffet. Any fresh eggs cooked to order. Not worth the price. Order a menu item and be much more satisfied!

Food at breakfast had a lot of grease in it bacon was swimming in it. We loved the view out the window but probably won't eat there again.
