The donuts my family ordered were made to order, fresh, and warm. They were fantastic. My daughter loved the fruity pebble and birthday cake. Will certainly visit again!

The staff were friendly and fast. The donuts were hot (made to order,) light, fluffy, and delicious. There are many flavor options and both that I’ve tried (Reese’s and Chocolate Marshmellow fluff) were outstanding and presented beautifully. Wish I would’ve gotten more!

Great donuts, my favorite is cinnamon sugar! So yummy. I docked 1 star only because they dont accept cash? Kinda odd. So be sure to take a card when you go. Size is similar to the bags of little white powder donuts and texture is very soft and almost funnel cake like, which I thought was yummy! My kids LOVE this place. And their coffee is FANTASTIC. Check it out.

Donuts were perfect sized! Bite size and great selection. Next time we're trying the hit dogs!

Hands down some of the best donuts ever. Freshly made, little delicious melt in your mouth morsels with all the best topping options! I’m ready to drive back from Florida just to get more of these & I just had some yesterday!

Couldn't wait to try it. Very disappointed. No Decaf and said they weren't going to have decaf, no cash for a less then $10 order so CC it was, no sweet & low and a poor selection of sweeteners, young lady at the register was blah... no personality or greeting in fact all three of them look like they didn't want to be there. A little surprised when I seen just how mini the donuts were. They were good and so was the reg latte mocha. I have noticed that most of the 5 star ratings were 1st time replies and users... unusual...

So, I'll start by pointing out the good: The flavors are nice. They have a lot of choices. However, it's $2.45 + tax for 4 (very tiny) donuts, and you can only choose 2 flavors. So my mother and I settled for maple bacon and their "new" flavor salted caramel. The donuts are
not yeasty type of donuts, they are more cake-like. But they were a little greasy. I watched them make the donuts, which was cool, but the music was FAR too loud. There is also no decoration or "ambiance". A couple places to sit, but lacks any real personality or flare. We did not try any of the coffee or shakes. All in all, at $2.45 plus tax and a .50 tip, I probably wouldn't be back. The cashier was nice, but I don't see this place thriving in Sylva. Especially with Dunkin Donuts 100 feet away and with cheaper (and much larger) donuts. They also are turning away customers by not accepting cash, which I understand, but some people won't.

The first day I came to try it out, I gave my complete order and was SO stoked. Just to find out after I ordered and was getting ready to pay - you don't take cash. Talk about literally crushing of the heart. I don't always carry my card because being a female, I lose everything ... all the time. (It's just how it goes.) So, not taking cash kind of sucks. I came back the next day and ordered, and the coffee and donuts were delicious. I only give 4 stars because while I was standing in line the second day, I was third in line and the couple in front of me had cash as well. They got all the way through their (long) order before they were told you only accept cards. I wish there was a sign, it would clear up confusion.
