This coffee hiuse is very laid back, inviting, and quiet. It attracts the kind of crowd that means business. There are no children running around, and no retired people hanging out. It is a very pleasant place to meet for a business chat.

Really good coffee shop. The prices are great for coffee and food and the coffee is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, it's a good place to read, write, or relax.

Cozy with eclectic feel. Feels like relaxing ina living room rather than a coffee shop. Hidden oasis that is unassuming in a strip mall close to the Portofino’s and the HT. Good coffee and friendly service. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up !

Use to frequent Mugs over ten years ago when it first opened for its comfortable atmosphere and quality drinks, stoped in recently while visiting Charlotte and feel it has gotten even better. The coffee at Mugs is delicious.

Super cute, cozy and cute space. I believe they attract board-gamers / other groups if that’s your hobby. Some days the iced coffee is yummy, others it tastes like watered down hot coffee😬 but I guess it depends who is making it.

This place is excellent. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and the people who work there are always nice and courteous. I also am a fan of supporting small businesses. This place is comfortable and one of a kind!

Mugs Coffee is the bomb-diggity. It's a local place with a great vibe, a strong sense of community, and some awesome activities like open mic, game nights, and more. Oliver has this awesome memory for your drink orders (and those of your co-workers) and all his staff is very friendly and helpful.

Been going there since Oliver opened the doors. Fantastic coffee, great staff, perfect atmosphere! Dog friendly too. Great group of community patrons who are so friendly!!!
