Mugs

So I drove from one side to the next to get there ☕ so yes its great! But I came and they said they couldn't serve me because the manager said if it's not profitable to stay open then they close up shop up early. And I totally get that but I felt like that was a big waste of time for me. So you guys if you try to get coffee around 730pm and they close at 9pm please call ahead.

Great coffee shop with local feel. Super nice staff and cozy feel. Food options aren’t the absolute best but you go for the coffee and supporting a local business.

Wonderful place to visit. It is like the bar from Cheers, but with coffee. Love how the baristas know the customers and their drinks, even before they order it. Hadn't been in for a couple of weeks and was asked if everything was alright. Love that level of care.

Just WOW! I like to think of myself as Coffee connoiseur, and this place had gone above and beyond in flavor.

This is my overall favorite coffee place in town. My girlfriend and I look for every excuse we can find to drive from Wilmore just to get coffee from this place. The owner is totally cool, the coffee is super tasty, the ambiance is exactly right, plenty of parking--and the service has been consistently great.

My first time at Mugs and it was great. Lots of space for a meeting, not too loud and lots of choices on the menu. Beware when you walk into the bathroom when it is dark though. They have a silhouette of a man painted on the wall that just about made me scream! Gave me a laugh once I realized and I will be more prepared next time.

Unlike any coffee house I have ever frequented ! it was similar to stepping into a library, definitely not a place to socialize/chit-chat, you will receive some strange looks for talking, and the coffee was below par; we won't be returning. ALSO, unlike Sonia Perez (below review) I like old people, they made this country and she should respect and remember that !

Mugs is one of my favorite coffee shops in Charlotte! It is cozy and the drinks are so tasty, creative, and unique combinations. Keep doing you Mugs!

Super chill vibe. Great place to lounge, meet friends, work remotely or play games. Lots of places to sit- chairs, couches or at the coffee bar. Great drinks and snacks. I love the atmosphere, artwork on the walls and that the coffee is free trade.

Mugs is an amazing place to just sit and get a cup of coffee. I had the fireside latte and it was delicious. It gets a bit crowded in the morning so I reccomend coming in the evening. The staff are all very friendly. Very cool place!
