Funky, cozy little coffee shop! The coffee wss delicious and fair trade - which I look for in all my travels! I believe they use counter culture coffee which is rich and lively. I had a cold brew and my friend got a cappuccino. Both were excellent. Their food offering was decent as well. They have souvenir type things. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with vouches, chairs and tables. I highly recommend

Great environment, amazing baristas, and excellent quality of serving at one of the best areas in Charlotte.

Edit: I gave this place 5 stars previously and was one of my favorite places. I was super frustrated to see how they’re operating during the coronavirus, even after mask is made mandatory. None of the patrons was wearing mask and to my utter surprise none of the employees too. Today was definitely my last visit.

Staff was friendly, atmosphere and music chill and perfect for getting some work done, fast WiFi and plenty of outlets. One free refill on the coffee a plus! Also had a little cold water jug. Dog-friendly is awesome, I don’t personally have dogs to bring but I love them so I was happy to see them in there :). As a remote worker I will definitely come back to grab a coffee and work a little!

Great coffee shop! I ordered the Chai iced latte and it was delicious. They offer beer now, too. Tall boys from NoDa brewing for flat $5. Nice open space with plenty of seating! Saw the cutest French bulldog inside so they're pet friendly, too.

Good coffee with a nice selection of flavored syrups to jazz up your java. They have a selection of lattes and other concoctions as well. I had the most ahhhhhmazing gluten free coconut muffin! Very inviting and comfortable atmosphere.

Delicious coffee and their banana bread was also yummy! Will definitely be back again soon

Decent place to casually hang out or work on assignments, lots of seating and outlets for chargers. Coffee was good, pastries are okay. Two stars due to the immaturity and PDA of the baristas. One of them had their boyfriend behind the counter making out while my wife and I were only several feet away trying to complete our work. We had to leave due to the awkwardness and how loud they were.

I really enjoyed Mugs! A great environment, nicely decorated and welcoming. The environment was matched by the staff - my barista was friendly, outgoing and very informative to the lady behind me. I ordered a mocha and it was great! My muffin was unusable soft and moist - I highly recommend Mugs.

Mugs owner and staff are incredible! Mugs has excellent coffee and cookies. Great venue and easy to understand and work with. They have a easy to find calendar so you can reserve your space. I'm part of a group that meets once a month and Mugs puts out clear and visible signs reserving space for our group. They even stay open later to serve our event that ranges from 50-80 folks who love and buy great coffee. This is the venue to grow your event or group! A+++
