Great place to get work done while sipping on some great quality coffee. It is typically pretty quiet, however sometimes it's hard to find a table because there aren't many seats.

Great Coffee, Milkshakes and a wonderful place to meet. Actually, really, with a debate with Aimele's for best Coffeehouse in Charlotte.
Very supportive of small business, Meet-up groups and general awesomeness.

Nice ambience and good space to get some work done. I got the sweetened iced tea which was quite good.

Bathroom was clean too with a pleasant surprise in store for first time visitors.

The best environment and coffee! The staff is amazing and so welcoming! I even bring my service dog in and they keep treats behind the counter for him! The best coffee shop in south Charlotte!

Wonderful coffee place staffed with friendly and helpful staff. Muggs is perfect for a lone net surfer or a small group. There are plenty of couches and tables, the music is pleasant and most importantly, the coffee is delicious!

I was there with three friends. We purchased our drinks and snacks and sat down. We were chatting for about 20 minutes when we were told we had to leave because some gaming club was there and they had all the seats in the coffee shop reserved for themselves. I asked if she actually worked there or was a manager, and she said no, she's the manager of the gaming club. I went to the coffee bar and told them what was going on, and they said "Oh, okay." They didn't give one rats tooty that we had spent our good money there and were being told we had to leave because this club thought they should have every seat in the entire place. We were furious and will not be returning!

Very friendly staff and really tasty drinks. The barista was great at recommending a drink and the atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing. Great alternative to that "other" place for coffee.

Best coffee in this part of town since I've been visiting -over 2 years now. Outdoor terrace. Comfortable- some sofas. Free wifi. Good place to relax and read the Sunday papers.

Mugs is one of my go to places. I have been off work due to an injury. I look forward every morning to my latte. Oliver, who own mugs as well as His staff are wonderful. They have cozy furniture, people enjoy hanging out there. Love love love it.
