The atmosphere is perfection. The latte I’m drinking right now is the best I’ve had in a LONG time. Seriously. So good. I will say that the drinks are pricey. I got a caramel latte with oat milk and it was $7.31 including tax. It’s worth it for me since I stay and work on my laptop for a couple of hours. I make a point to stop here when I’m on this side of town.

The place is so perfect! The set up is comfort at its best. Muffins/coffee amazing. But I really want to emphasize the staff! I got to have a quick convo with one of the workers named caroline, she is truly sweet and so good at customer service. Stuff like that is what makes this place amazing. Do not miss this place! LTH!!!

Really bad customer service. I’ve been here a few times and it always takes forever to place an order. The last time I went it was my worst experience. There is usually only one person working which is understandable that there may be a wait. The barista/cashier was busy with other orders and said she would be with me in a moment. I stood for a few minutes but she was still busy so I said to her I'm going to sit(she said okay) just to give her time to finish up the other orders. I sat at a table directly in front of the register (no more than 4 ft away) for about 15 minutes waiting for her to let me know she was ready to take my order. A family walked in and she also made them wait for a moment and proceeded to take their order right in front of me. I said I’ve been waiting a long time and she then said to me she couldn’t come to the table to take my order (which I never expected her to do) I was waiting for her to gesture to me she was able to take my order and she said she couldn’t even do that. It was odd and I just decided to leave.

The vibes of this place are good for working, but beyond that, this place has nothing… it takes forever to get your insanely overpriced drinks and food, baristas are too busy chatting and smug, pastries look worse than Starbucks, and I think your $15 for a coffee and sandwich can be spent much better elsewhere.

There are many coffee shops in Charlotte with better coffee, staff, and food!

TLDR; overpriced coffee and food, bad pastries, slow service and rude staff!

The manager MG was great. We cane in late on Friday after dinner. Cozy spot has pool table. Good coffee. My wife set up a time to have a sewing group meet here

I’ve been to this coffee shop a handful of times, and while prior experiences have been decent and I enjoy the vibe and the atmosphere, this morning’s experience has soured my opinion. I ordered ahead on ToastTab, paying ~$38 for two paninis and two drinks. It gave me an time frame to make of 15 minutes, but we waited solidly more like 20-25 minutes. The store was not super busy so not sure why we had to wait so long for our drinks, as the food came out on time.
Unfortunately, the drinks were so bad, it was honestly a waste of the $15 we paid for them. $8 for a dirty chai and it tasted like it was burnt…and another $7 for a london fog which was essentially water and some syrup. Granted, these prices were after tax + a tip, but still it’s way too much to pay for essentially what felt like a ripoff. It was a very very disappointing experience, and my partner and I both left wanting to ask for our money and time back since this essentially was a waste. I’m leaving two stars since my prior experiences have been okay and I like the mission, but I would not recommend this coffee shop.

Such a beautiful space to work or hangout. To go upstairs you go past the bar to your right there is some stairs with lots of study space. I parked right in front of the building seems easy to find parking. The vibes are okay I feel like the staff is working on their computers while serving coffee? Lots of outdoor space for a large group as well.

Trash service and place now that there is new management. Coffee quality has really gone downhill and it seems like they don’t really focus on it anymore. Past management and team were very friendly and I enjoyed having conversations with them. Food menu is way overpriced for meals that just get heated up from frozen. Pastries are mediocre, it would be better to just get a pastry from local bakeries nearby. Would not recommend anymore. I’ve watched this place fall tremendously. Definitely take your time and money somewhere else.

Hidden gem! The coffee and pastries are excellent. Great to meet up with friends or catch up on work. The decor is reminiscent of a coffee shop in the city.

Don't be discouraged by the construction. Plenty of space to park in the garage.

Beautiful interior, well crafted coffee, and friendly staff. Very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for small meetups and studying / work.

* I would recommend moving to getting people's names over calling drink orders, that small change brings a personal intimacy which I think could really propel this space above competitors.
