Burr & Berry Coffee

I was driving down the road and when I saw their neon sign that says “open“ was turned on, I pulled up to the window to order a coffee. It was exactly 5 o’clock on the dot, not a minute after. The young lady immediately opened the window and said “I’m sorry we close at five“. This is poor Customer service. I live in the area and definitely will not waste my time with this place again.

This is my absolute favorite spot to get coffee in town. The drinks are always great, the location is convenient, the service is fast, and every barista is so kind and wonderful to talk to. The customer service is seriously top tier. Special shoutouts to Leo, Carina, Jessimey, and Carlea for being the coolest baristas around! I feel so lucky to have a place like this that I can visit.

I went to Burr & Berry for the first time today and was super impressed! The customer service was great, the menu had plenty of options, and it was super convenient. I got a sweet cream cold brew with sugar free brown sugar syrup and it was delicious! My favorite was the little added touch of a chocolate covered espresso bean on top of the cup! My only complaint was the price was a tad high, but I did prefer to be supporting a small, local business.

Husband and I were traveling and came across this awesome coffee shop. Their signature drinks are super yummy, pastries are amazing, and of course the staff are super friendly, and they were very fast! ☺️ I would recommend to anyone in the area

I LOVE this place! I have been there several times since they opened and I have had a great experience each time. The coffee is outstanding and the customer service is top-notch. A very friendly bunch and the drive-thru is super convenient

Leaving the airport wanting a cup of coffee, I found a great Cup at Burr & Berry!! They have really good scones also😊. So glad we stopped by it had friendly service and tasty coffee!
