BREW Coffee Bar

The baristas here are so friendly and kind. Especially after I saw them deal with a customer who was being a PITA about wanting a cookie and threw a fit when they were out. Throughout the whole experience, they were calm, especially the male barista w/ glasses. Impressed by their professional attitude. Go them!

Got a latte and a cinnamon roll. The latte was absolutely delicious. The espresso was the perfect flavor. They also had an option for milk alternatives which I was grateful for. Cinnamon was buttery and flakey. Highly recommend!

An excellent espresso, well brewed with nice crema. Barista was knowledgeable about coffee and shared info about roaster. Safety measures in place.

Finally a chill, not overly hipster nor chain coffee shop in Cary/Morrisville. High point is the coffee. Pour over was simple, right temperature, spot on intensity, perfectly smooth as is without any sweetener. This coffee snob was impressed. Only improvements could be some vegan snacks and more comfortable chairs. But almost don't want to write nice things here so more people don't come and it won't get crowded. Nice and calm on a Saturday morning.

The coffee here is pretty great. I've gotten an Americano each time and I walk out with a glow. It's not crowded and has plenty of space to knock out a few hours of work. Very conveniently located in downtown Cary.

The long and short... The coffee here is excellent! I would recommend this to people the area.

That being said, there are a few things I would suggest to make the experience even better. For example, the beverage addatives (i.e. sugar, honey, cream, etc.) were on the countertop opposite of the seating area out of sight on a cocktail tray. It would be a nice gesture to bring the tray with your order to the table, or just stock the tables with some basics. Especially for newcomers who aren't familiar with this location. Also, with time it would be fun to add some more unique coffee mixes that make BREW unique from other established locations. (I love the idea of the coke+espresso+cream) For this place being so small and the parking being a pain for those who don't live/work in the area, I think this place needs a bit more to make it stand out from other coffee shops.

Overall, I was very happy with the service and quality of the coffee. They definitely know how to brew coffee!

Personable and professional staff. Iced mocha was delicious: whole milk, recommended, and just the right balance between espresso and mocha. It may help that the weather was beautiful as I sat outside, sipping my coffee, having wonderful conversation.

Great place to sit down and have a conversation with someone over coffee.

Seating is a bit limited for those looking to be close to electrical outlets to get some remote work done, but if you grab a seat, it has a nice atmosphere to get work done.

Nice people, good food and drink options. Solid WiFi and there are some comfy chairs as well as clean tables for laptops. Craft beer, wine, coffee, and tea. I had the pimento jalapeño sandwich and it was hot and delicious. The bread was really great. 5 stars, would absolutely recommend!

Expensive but superb coffee. Always has rotating blend of coffee available for pour-over's. They offer almost every kind of espresso drink. They have local baked goods and even coffee equipment for sale. Small selection of beer and wine if caffeine doesn't do it for you. Always open during Cary Theater events.
