I would give it a 5 star but you forgot my cheese on my biscuit. service is good and sometimes its quick.

Check your bag when you leave this location, because sometimes they miss things in your order. Besides that, this location is awesome! They are always pretty quick when the lines are long and are super friendly!

The lady standing in the drive thru lane was extremely nice, patient and took our order with no problems. Got a fried chicken club combo with fries and a sweet tea and a spicey chicken & honey combo. The food was FANTASTIC! Nothing better than great service and food which is what keeps me going back every week. Do yourself a favor and go to Biscuitville - you'll be glad you did and your tummy will be happy!!

Yummy ham biscuits. Sweet tea by the half gallon. And the cutest little biscuits for your puppies for free.

Went to drive thru asked only for my sausage to be cooked darker than normal because it usually doesn’t look done , they ok I went thru and got to work looked half raw. I did call because that’s twice now and some guy told me oh yea we did 2 pieces like that. I hung up cause clearly I never got either

Came here for breakfast yesterday and had probably the best drive thru experience of 2020. They were SUPER sweet and engaged, just seemed super happy to be serving me some awesome biscuits for breakfast. And the food was absolutely amazing. The quality is superb, and the taste of the food was second to none. Unfortunately, I was only in the area visiting family and live about 400 miles away but they impressed so much that I may just have to make the drive every morning.... ;-)

Great job here by the team at serving great breakfast food with a smile. A MUST try if you live in the area!!

Customer service is based on poor interaction with seniors and veterans

This has got to be the friendliest restaurant I've ever walked in to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly with "Good morning, welcome to Biscuitville." And such genuine smiles. I told the cashier, Caitlyn, that I'd never been here before and she was so helpful and quick with a recommendation, spicy chicken and honey biscuit, and it is one of the best chicken biscuits I have ever eaten. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food is so fresh and delicious. Thank you guys for such wonderful customer service and starting my day on a good note!

The food is really good. However, the 3 times I have ordered in the drive thru, I was not impressed with the customer service in regards to ensuring orders were accurate or complete.

I ordered a Fried Chicken Biscuit...and received a Spicy Chicken Biscuit. Another time I didn't receive a straw. And then today I ordered cheese grits (checked to make sure I had a straw in the bag)...then got down the highway and realized there was no spoon so I had to stop at the store and get a spoon to eat my breakfast. The food is always hot and its good, I really want to give Biscuitville 5-stars, but there is room for improvement.

Food was great, I really liked the spicy chicken and waffle. The biscuits were pretty good. The hash brown was tasty and crispy but a little small. I thought the prices were good. I'll definitely will come back unlike some other waffle places around here.
