Talia Espresso Boone

This has been one of my favorite coffee shops. The workers have always been friendly when I come and my order has always been right. Even if it wasn’t by chance, I know they would correct it right away. They seem genuine. The shop is very tiny and gives you all the vibes a smallish town coffee shop should give. I absolutely love how they have crafted their own speciality drinks menu. You don’t just have to order a vanilla latte or try to customized “make your own” drink. From my conversation with one of the employees there are about 3 specialty drinks that can be made vegan all with just getting no whip cream and changing the milk to a plant based one. The pumpkin spice, cinnabun latte and the blackberry lavender. So far I’ve tried the pumpkin spice and at least 3 times have gotten the cinnabun latte (hot). Obviously the cinnabun one is my favorite. It literally taste similar to a cinnamon roll. Love it. I get decaf with oat milk and again, holding the whipped cream. I can’t have caffeine like a normal person as I have a huge sensitivity to it so it’s not a good day if I get a caffeinated drink. Luckily the employees have always been kind when I confirm it’s decaf once I receive my drink. Most places roll their eyes like, duh that’s what your ordered. But you have no idea how many times I’ve asked to confirm it was decaf and they reply it wasn’t and have to make it again. It happens! But that’s why I always check. Thanks for this little gem!

I'm sorry, but the quality of the coffee was incredibly mediocre and the menu has way too many options with 90% of selections being dessert-style coffee drinks. Also, there's sadly only two seats and I felt claustrophobic for the 3 minutes I was inside. I didn't have a particularly memorable experience but I'm sure tons of others will disagree with me.

Pros:
-On King St if you're walking through and need a sweet pick me up.
-Creative latte ideas.

I love this cute little coffee shop. My barista was such a sweetheart, very caring and so friendly. She recommended 2 great drinks for me. One was a hot caramel bourbon latte and the other was a iced caramel coffee. Oh so good! I'll definitely be returning everytime I visit boone.

Went in just the other day and got a decaf beverage and the barista was very kind in making sure it was not caffeinated as I can’t have excess caffeine for medical reasons!
I wish they didn’t charge extra for decaf (as this is the only shop in town that does :( ) but their drinks are so good I have to treat myself every once in a while.
They also have plenty of non-dairy milks and unique drinks! Awesome place.

Boone has a lot of great, local coffee shops....this one is one of the best! They have so many unique lattes to choose from. This isn't the place to come and sit down or have breakfast. The shop is super small, but it's great for drinks to-go with a muffin or some pound cake. If you love lattes, you'll love Talia's!

This coffee shop is bomb dot com!! Don't miss out. They've got an incredible selection full of flavor. Don't hesitate. Just head on over. An extremely friendly vibe!
And yes, I came back the next morning for more!!
Day 1- butter brew latte, comforting
Day 2- blackberry lavender latte, refreshing

This is one of my favorite coffee shops already after only one visit. The space is modern, bright, cozy, and relaxing. The only drawback I noticed was that there was no seating (granted, it is a small shop). The coffee selection is great! They have plenty of flavors/specialty drinks for every taste, and they are very well prepared. When I received my coffee, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not scorching hot. It was ready to drink comfortably within 2 minutes. I cannot recommend this place enough! I think I just found my new go-to coffee shop!

Hands down best espresso and coffee in Boone. This place quickly became my
go-to spot. They have a great (though sometimes overwhelming) menu so take your time trying to find what you want! Staff is always so so kind and upbeat. Love this place!!!

The Coffee and worker was awesome!!!! but just insane that the owner / management expects only one person to be able to do all that work by their self are they insane??????????????? no way not fair for one person to have to do that all by them self especially at this busy time of the year and as busy as boone can get that is so unreasonably to ask form the owner unless they are paying them double for their trouble! that just to much on one person to do

This place is hands down the best. Amazing coffee, amazing people and great atmosphere. Hope is the nicest person!! I absolutely love this place and they will have my business for a long time
