Food is decent. Service is horrendous. Waited 40 minutes for a bagel and a plain English muffin (which was supposed to be a regular muffin). Food was lukewarm when done. I've never seen a food establishment move so slowly before in my life. Never returning.
Awesome quality food, amazing gluten free biscuit for the breakfast sandwich, and really nice little shopping area to support local businesses (spices, nut butters, jams, teas, etc). Friendly staff, good distancing setup.
Went for coffee and sweets after lunch and everything was delicious. Bought a baguette to try at home and it was like croissant/baguette, awesome!!! Great taste, fresh ingredients and cool atmosphere. Planing next trip to asheville just to try more is this place ;P
I've had a lot of sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches, and this place is definitely top 3 all time. Good coffee, too. Getting the food was a slow process, unfortunately.
DOPE breakfasts—especially the biscuit which may have been the best biscuit I’ve ever eaten. Definitely 5 stars for the food but minus 1 star for the mediocre coffee game. Pour-over coffee was flat and dull, and the espresso drinks were ok but still nothing to get excited about. A biscuit breakfast sandwich from The Rhu plus a cappuccino from High Five would be the perfect breakfast—if only there was somewhere to enjoy both together.
Very good, though the pastrami bagel was extremely greasy. Would like more sugar options (like stevia) but it's likely impacted by COVID. Prices a bit high but the taste was worth it.
The smoked trout on plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, capers, red onions, lettuce and carrot garnish was delicious! They happened to have fresh squeezed orange juice, too!
I saw maple and bacon doughnuts that I'll try next time.
Delicious food and baked goods. The chicken salad was some of the best I’ve had, even my boyfriend (who hates chicken salad) liked it. The biscuits and jam are amazing as well.

Amazing biscuits and the breakfast sandwiches are huge! Great balance of seasoning as well. Everything is definitely made fresh.

Nice out-of-the-way place in downtown Asheville!

We made a quick stop for tea and a scone. It was the perfect place for a afternoon break.
