SWEETEN CREEK COFFEE

Amazing. This new, local business is a welcome stop in my way out of S Asheville to work. Apple pie with cinnamon-flavored whipped cream, hot cocoa with chocolate-flavored whipped cream, and mini marshmallows. . .all the finishing touches that made our ritual Friday breakfast out a real treat.

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere with plenty of seating, Wi-Fi and, most importantly, delicious coffee and baked goods. Didn't try the sandwiches and such but will definitely make that part of my next trip!

YUMMY! I got a peppermint white mocha & my boyfriend got the chai tea. Chai was a lil light, more like spiced milk but still tastes great. Blueberry muffin was to die for. Baristas were amazing

Get ready folks, because these guys are going to take South Asheville by storm!

Super excited to finally be able to try Sweeten Creek Coffee this afternoon. Parked in their lot (there are two small parking lots) and walked into their main dining area. They also have a walk-up window behind the building which is nice for those just looking to grab and go. The inside of the coffee shop was warm and inviting, well lit, and set up for current COVID standards (6 feet apart lines, small and plentiful tables, employees were wearing masks and face shields, etc.). There’s even a hand sanitizer dispenser right next to the door so you can immediately sanitize after you’ve opened the door!

Super sweet staff, very accommodating and friendly, and had exactly what I was looking for - an iced decaf latte with oat milk. They’ve got some muffins and bagels and other little snacks from local businesses - Joey’s Bagels, Buchi Kombucha on tap, etc. And of course, fast wifi.

It’s always a little weird to try a new coffee shop, but this one felt good! I’ll be back to set up camp and work for an afternoon. Looking forward to seeing others discover this new business in Asheville!

It’s a brand-new place but full of love on every corner of coffee shop! And excellent cappuccino from a barista who has warm-hearted smile. It was unexpected to find that coffee shop but a pleasant moment there. Highly recommended. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

WOWZA.

Not only is the coffee absolutely OUTSTANDING... but the staff makes you feel right at home, treating you just like family. My best friend and I just happened upon this coffee shop running errands yesterday, and needless to say... we are back again today, and most likely will be begging for more caffeine, sprinkled with joy and Christmas cheer, for the rest of the season, and for years to come!

They are taking all the proper precautions for socially distancing customers, even offering free masks, and hand sanitizer — and of course Christmas mints! LOTS of them haha

The bathrooms and lobby are both extremely clean and well maintained— and the fire on the tv and the seasonal jams are a festive, cozy touch!

We can’t thank Sweeten Creek Coffee enough for spreading joy and delicious treats — especially during this time of year when it’s so desperately needed.

P.S. Get the Gumbo. It’s WORTH it! ( The Lavender Latte and Peppermint White Mocha are also HIGHLY recommended)

So what in the heck are you waiting for??!?! Come get yourself a Cup!! Definitely take our word for it.

We had a great lunch experience here. The food, coffee and prices were all great and we had really good service by the friendly employees. Would definitely come back here anytime we are in Asheville!
