A must stop every time we are in Asheville. Food is amazing, and probably some of the best coffee I've ever had. Worth the wait, every time.

The second best food experience we had in Asheville on our first visit to the city- certainly the best breakfast we had our entire trip.

A small, but very cute and cozy place. We sat outside because we had our dog with us.

My husband got the chorizo tacos and I got the tostada. Both portion sizes were very generous and beautifully plated. The greens that came with each dish were absolutely delicious. I really still cannot get over how delicious my tostada was- one of the most delicious foods I’ve ever had, honestly. The plantains were also incredible and a nice little included “dessert” for our breakfast.

Staff were also nice and the service was quick.

A must visit for any time we return, would highly, highly recommended to anyone and was also quite affordable for the portion sizes.

It was beautiful. Small little cute place, but the food is delicious! My favorite is the Cuban Coffee and you have to tried their Bomba sandwich. The staff were super friendly. Definitely will go again next time!

This was seriously the best breakfast I’ve ever had. We came both days we were in town and it beat out any other breakfast I’ve had in Asheville! The Benedict was amazing and then somehow the salmon tartine was even better! Don’t be put off by the price, it’s a ton of fresh, quality food! The coffee is also amazing! My group had everything from cortado to horchata with espresso and nothing was bad! It is very small inside so not best with a large group unless the weather is nice so you can sit on the patio!

I've been here twice. Both times my potatoes were half over cooked and undercooked. Won't be returning. The poutine is okay at best, the salmon tartine is good, but just not worth it with so many other options in the area that don't make basic culinary mistakes.

Bomba is a fantastic restaurant located in the heart of Asheville, known for its delicious Latin-inspired cuisine and great atmosphere. One of the standout dishes on the menu is the Chorizo Bomba Roll with avocado, which is an absolute must-try.

The roll is bursting with flavor, with the spicy chorizo and creamy avocado complementing each other perfectly. The roll is also served with a delicious dipping sauce that takes the dish to the next level.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a vibrant color scheme and unique decor that adds to the overall dining experience. The service is also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations and answer any questions.

The massive menu put out by this tiny restaurant is amazing. We came with a large party for brunch, and every dish was both beautiful and delicious. The cafe has a charming European ambiance, with patio seating allowing leisurely people watching in downtown Asheville. The servers were very kind, and family friendly. Only downside is they struggled a little to keep up with our 7-person party, but were extremely apologetic about it. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great brunch in Asheville.

Pros: food had good presentation, friendly attentive staff.
The in-house made hot sauce was very good.

Cons: place is quite small in a loud intersection, they play loud music, Jesus flag waving singing hippies with a speaker across the street does not help the situation when trying to have a conversation.
Buses constantly go by spewing fumes while you sit there.
Their horchata was more of a thinned out rice pudding instead of a refreshing smooth drink where you can taste the condensed milk. They only sell bottle water.
My steak was not cooked at the requested temp and was mostly tasteless and a bit tough.
The ceviche ONLY contained some tiny piece of fish which was not let marinade long enough in citrus with a few tortilla chips. I think this what made me borderline sick afterwards.
The food was overpriced for what it was but mainly because of its quality.

Overall I would not spend my time and money here again and would explore some of the other options around.

Visiting from Miami; great daily Brunch! We had the Banana Foster French Toast and the Blue Crab Chilaquiles. Both delicious! Strong coffee and awesome service from a “Panamerican” staff…. Thanks Valentina & Erika

They made a very artistic fox into my coffee, it was sweet tasting too!
