Good food, central location and instagrammable cafe-style eatery. BUT! The house techno music was absurdly LOUD. Between the street noise and the offensively loud beats, it was nearly impossible to have a conversation. The service was polite but sporadic and inattentive. The food is good but overpriced. They absolutely do not serve tap water (they actually straight up refused my request) so if you're thirsty, you'll have to order an expensive tiny glass bottle--which amounts to about $1.00 per sip of water. I left with a headache.

This. Place. Is. FANTASTIC 😍😋
One of the best brunches I’ve ever had!
Just a heads up there is very little room and made really for two people (at least for now) in winter.
Had a hot horchata, cafe con leche, cubano, the smoked salmon, and the crab cakes.
On the higher price point but definitely worth it.

Wonderful atmosphere & incredible food, an absolute gastro-feast! The service was on point and the menu has a wide selection. The Organic Chicken BLT and the Arepa Perico are fantastic! The servers are friendly and they also speak Spanish for anyone who is looking for that, enjoy!

The food is worth the wait! We loved the selection and fusion style of their menu. I had the shrimp and grits which was delicious. The service superb and you have to try the Horchata!!! It’s amazing! .

It's like Paris, Mexico, and Asheville had a baby! This place is amazing with their small cafe, bold flavors, and huge plates of tremendous food! Well done!! We will be back every time we're in town now! You will have to wait in line, so what, it's worth it :)

Highly recommend this place for picky vegetarians. The food tasted delicious and refreshing especially with a side of fruits. The meal didn’t feel heavy as most brunch places do. I ordered the Nutella crepe without meat or eggs and it was amazing. Only downside was that they don’t serve tap water here which I found to be strange.

Love this little Latin cafe cafe serving pupusas, arepas and a tasteful menu with variety. Plates are large enough to split👍🏻
A tad more expensive than others but well worth it in my opinion!

Really cool spot in the center of downtown asheville. The Cubano is spot on. Defintiely recommend ordering . Also the bacon and the asheville oatmeal were great. The space is limited .

Not sure why this place has good reviews. My experience was bad. The food was sloppy. I got the croque madame and my husband got the breakfast taqueria. Both dishes were obviously thrown together without care. The slices of ham in my sandwich were way too thick. The fried eggs that came with both dishes had burnt egg whites. And our fruit salad on the side came with stickers to boot, as you can see in the picture. We live in Asheville and love trying new places for brunch. Will not be returning here. Service was ok but the food took a long time to come out too. Much better places to drop $80 on brunch.

I’m surprised this place has such a high rating. A Saturday afternoon should have the best service. Our server was bubbly but maybe this is not the job for her. We needed a moment to look at the menu and it took quite a long time for her to get back to us to take our orders. She wasn’t very good at checking on us or noticing that our drinks were empty. My crab Benedict was very delicious but I had to ask for the beurre blanc sauce and I had to go find her to get pepper and hot sauce. My girlfriend’s omelette was tasty but her toast came cold with cold butter and no butter knife to try to spread it. She forgot I ordered a bottle of sparkling water and very kindly still gave it to me (but not sparkling) with no charge after we asked for the check. There were only 3 or 4 tables and 2 servers. Overall the food was decent but the service was not acceptable. If I could give it 2.5 stars, I would as this seems most accurate.
