The food was good but very pricey! We spent more on this meal than we did any other all weekend... lunch or dinners with appetizers and drinks! They also only serve bottled water, which I am not a fan of at restaurants.

Horribly understaffed. The server we had was incredibly nice but she had 4x too many tables to handle. Didn't get syrup for my pancakes until I was handed the check, among other things. Otherwise the food was fantastic and we would give 5 stars if it was snappier.

The service was out of this world! The people were kind and warm, but our lunch was disappointing :/ my dad’s French dip sandwich was okay but I ordered the pupusa and my brother ordered the loco pollo, both dishes smelled weird, the pinto beans tasted like they came straight out of a can, and nothing was seasoned right …not tasty like all the other reviews swore by. Felt bad because I told my family “let’s try something new!” and then this happened.

They charge for water. You cant get tap/sink water, they make you buy a bottle of spring water. The food was decent. Waitress was hardly there, don't blame her, she seemed overworked.

Ever since my first visit to Asheville, this place's latte is my absolute favorite. Usually visit everytime. Food looks great as well but haven't tried it yet.
