You walk in and right away, Ed makes you feel welcome in such a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I got the Philly Steak salad and I must say, it was the best salad I have ever had. I cannot hype this place enough. I would give 10 stars if I could. I am so excited to go back.

Delicious! What was in that delicious bite of waffle? Thinking of it still makes me salivate. You could charge twice as much for such great food and I'd still come. Prices are more than reasonable. Owner was very personable and welcoming. I will be back again and again.

Always a great meal. They make you feel like an old friend who has come for lunch.

What a great brunch! Eggs Florentine were spectacular. The staff squeezed us in without a reservation, but it's a small place so reservation is recommended.

Fresh and made to order. Turkey Ruben was the best I've had in ages. Loaded vegetable soup was hearty and a meal on its own. Roasted vegetable side was what I wish for at every restaurant - light butter/oil and not overcooked. Saved to my lists so when we pass through again we can come back.

Loved it. Good steak salad! Fresh flowers on each table. Good Beaujolais. We met Ed, the owner. He was really enjoyable to talk to. Would love to go back!

Loved it! Meaningful old timey decor, friendly owner and waiter with stories to tell. A very creative menu and quality chef prepared food at a fair price. Would go again, no doubt!

Was visiting this small town and wanted to find a nice place to patronize. I have health eating restrictions and their menu had food on it I could eat. There were tables empty outside and we had our dog so we were excited to be able to eat outside. I went in to ask if we could sit outside and was told the outside tables were reserved for the day. I looked around and there was 2 tables inside and 2 tables outside that had people at it. I was confused how a table could be reserved for the day and said no one is eating there now though. We left disappointed. We try to patronize restaurants, especially smaller restaurants, now and through out the pandemic so I’m confused as to why you would turn someone away while everyone is trying to recover. We are paying customers who would’ve spent at least $50. Very disappointed.
