The Mustard Seed Natural Market and Cafe

This used to be a nice place to stop and eat. NOT ANYMORE. 01FEB20 - 2:30 pm. Crafts of coffee empty. One sandwich with hair in it. One wrap with several hairs in it. Rock hard cookie. Best of all, when I asked for a new cookie I was charged again for another cookie. Wife spoke to manager and he did refund cookie and wrap. We did not mention the sandwich as my daughter ate it anyway. I have no doubt the manager would have comped that one too. Store itself is still nice with lots of selections and alternative natural items. However, new staff members especially in the kitchen need improvement.

I contacted this location to ask if they are carrying products from No Evil Foods - and yes, they are. I cannot understand why they are okay with supporting a brand that crushed a union effort, fired organizers, paid thousands in a labor board settlement, and then terminated their whole production team without warning or severance. Not a good look y'all!

Just had one of the best cakes I've ever had in my entire life made by The Mustard Seed. I called them Friday morning and placed an order for an egg-free, gluten-free birthday cake for Sunday. We just ate some of this cake about 30 minutes ago and I can NOT wait any longer to post about how good it is!!! The cake is moist, fluffy and the vanilla flavor is deep and delicious. Super creamy butter cream frosting and decorated perfectly. Honestly, I have no dietary restrictions. I ordered this for someone who does. But this cake is so much better than any I have had before I plan to order the same cake any time I need one for anyone, whether they eat gluten free or not!

What a pleasant surprise to find this little gem driving back down from Canada. Excellent range of natural products and sweet, delicious little made-to-order cafe inside.

One of the best Health Food Stores I've been to in the US. The Staff is knowledgeable and are quite happy to help. The Manager is top notch also. The atmosphere is upbeat anytime of the day. The cafe has awesome healthy cuisine!

I have always loved shopping here. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. In my 5-10 years of going here regularly I have never had a bad experience, which really speaks volumes! After having such a horrible experience at Green Planet Grocery yesterday, I appreciate even more the always friendly and over the top service I get from the Mustard Seed. Never going to GP again!

The food there is absolutely delicious, and healthy to boot!! My wife and I went in for lunch, and we both got the portabello Panini. When it got to our table, the sandwiches looked Bea, but the smell...omg the smell was fantastic. I took the first bite...and mind was promptly blown. It was soooo good. The staff in the store are all wonderful, and more than willing to help you. It's become one of my favorite stores in town.

Great place with a great assortment of health products, natural, organic, veg and vegan stuff. Found some great vegan cheeses better than any others I had tried! Staff was nice, polite and helpful and most items seemed priced in line with national averages. Found gardien brand crab cakes here, which j didn't even know existed! What a treat! I don't live in this area, I was visiting family...but I will definitely be back.

The year is 2022, where many people are at odds with one another. Large portions of the Populous are calling each other names that they haven't bothered to look up in the English Dictionary, being directed by subliminal forces the likes of which one has yet to fully comprehend. This way we say, that way they say, and so the story goes.

In a world full of lies and deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. And the truth is, The Mustard Seed is the finest establishment in Watertown New York. A place where we go to hopefully put our differences aside because we ultimately agree on one thing. And that's Health.

Even though many of us have set aside rational discourse in the public arena, completely abjure large swaths of common sense, and gave loose our completely capable free thinking cognitive minds in the form of fear, or other selfish reasons to the largest corporations known to man, corporations that hold the largest criminal court settlements in history regarding "health", there is still a place you can go to empower yourself, to re awaken yourself, and above all to liberate yourself from the dominate stranglehold of the med_ical cartels laughing their happy posteriors to the bank. Literally. If you want to make changes in your life because you know something just isn't right, look in the mirror, get your ordure together, then go to the mustard seed and start the journey of empowerment. Your third eye is calling, will you answer?

The answer to 1984 is 1776. Same as it ever was.
