Generally good coffee. The draft cold brew (black) was very very bitter. The toffee nut coffee cold brew is definitely the way to go! The coffee shop also had a water dispenser which was a nice touch. Baristas seem very friendly!

By far the best coffee, or in my case hot cocoa on this snowy day! I can not speak highly enough about the quality in all of their drinks!

I was finally able to stop in today, after anticipating my first visit for quite some time! The environment is chic while being relaxed. I unfortunately wasn’t able to stay longer than a quick to go beverage and some baked goods. I ordered the chai latte and was readily made. This may be the best chai latte I have had, compared to the many places I have visited with its warm, spicy flavor and was not overly strong in my opinion 😋.

With it being my first trip and not being in the area as much as I’d like, I purchased a variety of scones and baked goods that vary with sweet and savory options. The portions are reasonable for the price paid, so don’t let that deter you! If you are someone who enjoys savory goods, I highly recommend the cheddar and chive scone. You will not be disappointed 😉.

I’ve been here twice and this place immediately became my favorite coffee shop in all of Albany area. The pastries and coffee are incredible. I’ve never had such good coffee drinks! The building itself is so beautifully decorated, and the vibe is so welcoming. Everyone behind the counter is so kind too! We love this place so much and cannot wait to continue visiting it :)

WOW. I loved Jacob Alejandro so much I went there twice during a vacation to the area. The horchata latte and strawberry milk cold brew were so unique and unlike any coffee drink I’ve had before. I was amazed by the intricacy of the drinks and just how good they tasted! The scone I had was legitimately the best scone of my life. Would definitely plan another trip just to go here again.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Troy, tho I am unsure if the correct milk was used the other day in my coffee. I'm lactose intolerant and asked for skim milk, the latte didn't taste like skim milk and I unfortunately wasn't feeling too well a bit after drinking it.

I'm not a coffee expert by any means (1 every few months on average) but a recent hunt for a good mocha ended with JA as the winner after trying 3 places in Troy. The chocolate chunk cookie was great, but the cheddar scone wasn't my preferred flavor profile (chive heavy).

10/5 stars for this awesome local coffee shop! The vanilla citrus latte was simple amazing. Fresh baked good looked delicious. A few cozy seating spots were available to enjoy in house, and social distancing measures were clearly being upheld. All employees and patrons were wearing masks and hand sanitizing/washing regularly. A must stop for a weekend coffee splurge. Will for sure be back!
