Really cute place with so many great treats to try out.

I am an African American woman who has never had a problem in this bakery until today. Terrible experience. An older woman was in the bakery today. I asked for chocolate croissant. Her body language and tone of voice let me know immediately that I was being profiled. She really did not want to talk to me and said they didn’t have any. Because there were barely any pastries available, I wanted to know when other pastries would be available. I was told around eleven. As I was paying for a pastry that I did not really want ( but it was a hike for me to get to this bakery), the chocolate croissants were brought out. I asked for an exchange. The young woman behind the counter was willing to give me an exchange. The older woman told her not to do that. I told the older woman that she told me there were no more croissants. The older woman then told me I did not ask for the correct thing. She was very condescending. I will not go there again. It’s not worth it and the management is terrible.

Super cute food, and very tasty. The cake is called cloud cake and its soooooo light and fluffy. There was lots of different macaroons too. They packed the cake in this adorable box and the little sign on top of the cake that says Tous les Jours is chocolate. But, it is more the on the expensive side. We got this slice of cake, a larger macaroon, and a soda, it was around 12.50

Really unique and tasty pastries that you can’t get elsewhere in the area. I got a bun stuffed with a curry mix and also one with red bean cream. Soooooo good 🤤

Such a beautiful establishment with good quality food. Individually packaged and delicious. I recommend the croque monsieur and apple pie

My wife and I went to Tous les Jours in Syracuse for the first time today. I ordered a medium latte. When the latte came out, it was a small. I told the barrista I'd ordered a medium and he said they only have small and large, even though the menu clearly shows small, medium and large.
He offered no explanation and no apology. I asked if I was charged for a medium (I had declined a receipt, which turned out to be a mistake) and he said "no" without checking with the person who rang my order. $18.00 is a lot for what we got - I'm sure the cashier rang up a medium. The food was OK but not great (my wife's pastry was somewhat stale).
The decor was nice and the atmosphere had potential, but several tables and chairs had signs or were blocked because they were broken. One of the two bathrooms was marked "out of order". The music playing overhead was tinny and annoying. The whole place had an uncared for vibe - things break and they're put aside rather than fixed or replaced. Bottom line: We won't be back.

Was not what I was expecting when I saw the listing for a bakery. It had baked goods and breads, but it was geared more to a higher end product. It was also a bit of a mix: like a French patisserie with some Far East Asian influenced offerings, along with a selection of coffees and beverages. High quality, but priced accordingly. Not a 'run of the mill' type stop, but if you appreciate the finer things in baked goods it should be an enjoyable stop.

So delicious! Absolutely love everything. The donuts with a creamy filling is unbeatable.

They didn’t have much variety as much as I expected, but they do have french macarons
