The Carmella Latte is absolutely amazing first time coming here. Definitely worth it an the employees on the lunch shift were friendly. Wait time was short. Good prices! Definitely coming back.

I ave visited this place last year and could not wait to come again. Coffe was great. Place smells great and is clean. Service is fast and good.

Was on a cross country motorcycle trip coming through the US. Ran out of coffee once we got to Syracuse. Stopped in here since it was on the way to motel, decided to grab a coffee small bags just to get us going and once we made some... what a regret not finding a way to fit a 5lbs bag in the saddlebag.
The coffee is awesome and now I'm sad that they don't ship to Canada (I looked on their site) haha .
Someday we'll be back in the eastern states and will taste that coffee again.

Okay I had to come on here and leave a review because I’m still thinking of the cup of coffee I had from here. It was amazing Definitely has Starbucks beat in my opinion it was delicious fresh and made to perfection. Yes I’m being that extra it was so worth trying. Definitely would recommend this place to others. My husband had their sugar cookies and he said it came apart how soft it was my son and him both loved it. 10/10 recommend.

This coffee shop really is a great coffee shop and in some cases beats the hell out a Starbucks and beats the hell out of Dunkin Donuts the coffee's always fresh you can smell it everywhere in the mall

I'm sorry....but that's not coffee....watered down, person making the coffee has no idea how to work a cappuccino machine!

I'm a coffee guy 🙂 the coffee is awesome!!! The employee that was there yesterday (2/25/22) is why I'm giving the 1 star review. He was extremely rude, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. If I wanted an extra shot of attitude, I would have asked for it in my coffee 😒

Amazing coffee, variety, flavored syrups and they have different grinds depending the coffee maker type. I currently use a french press which needs a coarse grind.
