Great service and even better coffee! The breakfast sandwich has a spicy mayo, which was a welcome surprise!! Glad to hear Cafe Kubal lived up to it's hype.

I ordered medium coffee at 9:42 AM . I paid with my credit card. The employee didn't give my receipt. I asked her to get receipt from my order. After that I found out she charged $1 tip from my credit card. Without any my permission. I never had this happen before at any places.
I don't trust this place anymore.
Anyone who paid with your credit card from there. check your receipt!!

They recently changed their menu and took the Bello Mello off. Now the only vegetarian option they have is a vegan wrap...which is just a load of veggies, and one a pepper and olive bun thing. I was really not impressed by it. I really don't find carrots and chickpeas to be a filling meal so the vegan wrap is out. Why can't there just be an egg and cheese bun? Or egg cheese and mushroom? Or bring back the Bello Mello since it was so good. It feels like they do the bare minimum for non-meat eaters.

Coffee was... fine. But I really liked the veggie frittata. Very tasty and fulfilling.

The wife and I had lattes from Cafe Kubal this afternoon. The quality was great, but the cost was prohibitively expensive at over $12 for two small lattes. I know inflation is seriously impacting everything right now, but the current cost won’t allow us to get coffee out anymore.

Stopped by with a good-sized coffee/latte order for some co-workers. The team of servers were so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. It was refreshing to observe them enjoying their job! The coffee was excellent, everyone enjoyed it. Also went to the drive thru and appreciated the excellent customer service once again. So glad to have a local coffee shop in the neighborhood to chose from. Next time I want to try a breakfast or lunch sandwich as several friends have commented how delicious they are.

Delicious as always and I also got an adorable note from the person who made my food. Thank you so much

Stopped there on a whim. Great service and even better coffee and food. We bought a couple of breakfast sandwiches made with their own bread and they weee the best we have ever had. We will make Cafe Kubal a coffee stop every time we visit Syracuse.

Worst wrap I ever had, soggy and maybe 1 piece of raw bacon, not as advertised.
