Timberline Cafe & Bakery

Not a greasy spoon. Interesting sandwiches and a variety of drinks. No other place like it in Speculator. Pastries only add to the interesting menu choices.

Friendly staff, freshly prepared good quality meals

This is one of our families favorite places to stop at for lunch. BEWARE whatever sauce they use on their ADK BLT is addictive.

The Timberline is my go to place in Speculator. I start my morning right with a delicious breakfast sandwich the Kunjamuk (named after a local river) and exquisite breakfast coffee from Seattle's Best or a fine crafted latte. The staff is wonderfully nice and always interested in your day's plan for adventure. No trip to Speculator is complete without a trip to the Timberline.

I had coffee & chicken ceasar salad. Cold chicken, would have liked it grilled (hot), some lettuce leaves were old. Friendly counter person & wifi.

Delicious sandwiches and good coffee. The wait was a bit long but they were understaffed, so it's understandable.

We stopped half way during a 6 hour trip and it was perfect. Fast friendly service and they had gluten free toast.

I love Timberline— excellent food and service. we always look forward to grabbing breakfast here when we are in town!

Fantastic Adirondack eatery, great sandwiches, breakfast, specialty coffee, and baked goods. Ingredients are excellent quality.

Super duper little roadside cafe. Extra nice staff. Great baked goods and selection of sandwiches salads etc.
