Violet's Bakery

Walking by we saw the delicious looking baked goodies in the window. I chose a chocolate flourless muffin. We spoke with the super nice owner that has been a baker for 20+ years and opened Violet’s Bakery; named after her daughter. If you are in the area, I can highly suggest stopping in.

Delicious baked goods. Adorable little shop! The "window" got me, I couldn't walk past without stopping in. Glad I did.

This bakery has such delicious treats! We got a couple of pastries and we were amazed with the taste! It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. It tasted very fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is clean. There is no where to sit. It’s easy to get something quick to go! I recommend this place. Yummy pastries!!!!

Just walked passed today ! Seen the awesome display in the window and thought I should give it a try! Glad I did the Mocha espresso ,orange chocolate cookies and donut muffin was very delicious and my team that I shared it with all loved it ! I’ll be back again! Cozy little shop with delicious sweet and savory baked goods. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by.

I saw their booth at the Saugerties farmer’s market today and got one of their (I forget the name, but it’s sort of like pizza toppings on pasty dough). I was so blown away by their roasted tomato, basil, and goat cheese one that on my way out of town I had to stop by the bakery location to try the caramelized onion, mushroom, and blue cheese version. They were both to die for and I don’t know which was better. Definitely coming back every time I’m in town!

Delicious! Stopped here for the first time today and I’m very glad I did. Small quaint shop, and super friendly staff...the smell when I walked inside was fantastic. Ordered a slice of quiche, a giant blueberry muffin, and a pecan pastry all were delicious!

Every time we are in town we stop by this bakery for lunch and baked sweet goods to bring home. The baker is a master at her craft which shows in a variety of scrumptious sweet and savories. We can't get enough of her food.

Best baked goods in the Hudson valley. Wonderful coffee, lovely owner and staff… and then theres Violet ❤️😊
