Such a great spot... it is both sophisticated & yet easy, as a native nyc girl, the esthetic speaks to my senses, it is trendy without being snobby, the energy was calm and welcoming... the salad with pepitas was so good I wanted 10 more!!! Salad seems like a no brainer but man it takes savvy and skill to make a salad someone takes time to write a review about!!! Staff (owner I'm 95% sure) was so friendly and real and told us about their happy hour on Friday night that we can't wait to try!!!!!

Cute place with nice variety of drinks and good coffee. Sandwiches and salads. Not too cheap but that comes with fresh greens they put in. Got a decent lunch there, thank you

Cute and tucked away just off Partition at, this is a gem of a place! I had the vegan cheese toastie with sprouts and a coconut curry soup, both were unbelievably delicious. Mom had the salad with roasted chicken and Herby dressing, and she said it was also excellent. Very friendly and accommodating staff made this an overall wonderful experience. Next time I will try the coffee and a gluten free biscotti!

went for a late bite and drinks. ordered the dusted latte, cider, and ricotta with crisps. Will be visiting again.

My first time back in saugerties in 2 years. I used to live here and I think Olsons is a great addition to our little village. Love the vibe.

Best spot in Saugerties. Incredible coffee drinks, breakfast, croissant’s, sandwiches then wine at night. Cheese to go. I could live here.

Adorable breakfast and lunch spot. Staff seemed bothered to take my order, coffee wasn’t great, though from other reviews it looks like they are more known for their food.

Very tasty food! The grilled cheese I had there was superb, jam that was on it was the perfect amount of sweet and spicy! The chicken sandwich my partner had was really good he said, though sadly the chicken wasn't completely hot. Both breads the sandwiches were made with were great as well.

The decor was really nice, though at the end of our meal we brought the dishes inside instead of leaving them on the tables outside, and the person behind the counter was rather rude. Seemed to be irritated we interrupted their conversation to compliment the food..... Overall, definitely worth the food and another trip!
