Beautiful decor nice menu. Def. A great addition downtown Rome. Another successful project by the Main streets volunteers. Thank you for a great experience. Staff coordination training needed and scheduled but otherwise food delicious

Went here for the first time this morning. Super cute decor, the coffee and pastries were really tasty and they even have the store name on the glass plate ware. The barista who served my friend and I was super sweet too. The only minor downfall was $4.50 for The caramel Copperccino but it was still a pleasent change from a $2.50 stewerts iced coffee and worth it in my opinion 🙂

The food was amazing!!!!! My friends and I had an amazing time and the staff is extremely nice. One of my fave places to hang out, catch up and get to know people.

A very aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, good coffee, friendly employees, clean. The only problem I saw was a small hole in the wall (possibly for electrical facilities?) and the back storage area was just a hall way out in the open, just kinda weird, maybe put up a curtain or something?

Went there for the first time today. The staff were so nice and helpful. Coffee is great and their cookies are to die for. Bought a peanut butter and a butter cookie. Oh my stars....they were the best.

My first impression was based on TASTE and testimony alone because my husband ordered and picked up for me. He was unhappy with the service- the barista was curt and unfriendly. MY experience was terrible, as the Chai tea I’d ordered tasted extremely diluted- lacked flavor and creaminess. I had to add milk, stevia, and a tea bag when my husband brought it home.

Unfortunately had a terrible first experience here. Waited 30 minutes for three drinks and, when they finally came, my $7 latte had no coffee in it. It was just steamed milk. Also it was burnt, so $7 for burnt, steamed milk. My husbands americano only filled half his small cup and had grounds in it and was also burnt. My friends hot chocolate was a layer of chocolate syrup buried under a cupful of, yes, burned steamed milk. We were so disappointed but couldn't even ask for a refund because we’d have had to wait another 30 minutes due to slooow service and long line. It was crowded. Tables were dirty. Disorganized. Won’t be coming back. Would rather support Main Street with a donation. Husbands cinnamon roll was good though.

The atmosphere and decor are extremely inviting and scream the City of Rome. I love the color scheme and location. It is centralized in the downtown district, nestled next to the Capitol Theater, City Hall and other storefronts. At first, I couldn't tell if there was anyone in the coffee shop because the windows in the front were heavily fogged up. Once I entered, the hostess quickly took my order and made my way to the seating area. I was served my order quickly. The coffee was both delicious and beautiful. However, my cappuccino was cold and not warm/hot at all. The seating at the front of the shop is awkwardly close to each other. It could make for a snug and uncomfortable experience. I sat on the side with the window view of the corridor between coppercino and Boyz of Italy. The corridor is not a great view, and something should be done to make it aesthetically pleasing to visitors. Maybe allowing local artists to come in and graffiti the corridor with landscapes and artwork that accentuate the city.
After a while of doing some school work, I started to get cold sitting near the windows. I do think the coffee shop should be heated better, especially during our cold fall and winter months. The Wi-Fi service was exceptional providing both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. A speed test on the 5 GHz band resulted in ~70 Mbps at around 8:52 PM EST on 11/7/2018. That is WAY better than speeds I have received at other coffee shops around the city. I would say you could quickly come and do some awesome online gaming while sipping on a delicious cup of coffee. Let's talk prices. I bought a regular, and it was pretty significant compared to other places that serve coffee. To be fair though, I didn't take a picture of it to show and that is my fault. I paid $3.50, which I believe is competitive with other coffee places. I lived in Virginia for 2.5 years and would quickly pay $4.00 a cup of coffee three times a day. Others could argue that if they lowered their coffee a little, they would have a lot more customers. I agree, but I acknowledge the other benefits of coming into Coppercino. I suggest everyone come in and make this their regular spot when in the downtown Rome area. I have a lot more to say, but I think this review is long enough for now. If you are interested in other ideas that I have, let's make it a dialogue.

This is by far one of the best Coffee Houses I've been to and I've been to hundreds I'm a military brat who became a musician and spent a lot of time just hanging in and around Coffee Houses. Copperccino's employees are upbeat and polite they also have musicians and they literally have the best Coffee in town hands down.

Great new coffee shop to go to! Drinks and food are great. Bit on the pricey side but for the work the staff puts in to not only making great drinks but making your visit a memorable one, its worth every penny.
