I'm never disappointed! The place is very well done inside and outside... They give generous amounts for the prices.. Their coffee is actually really really good. Great place to order snacks like fresh hummus and veggies with warm pita bread. 👍 My favorite is the cappuccino with oat milk. ☕🍪

The staff is polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Service was great. The food was delicious. The baked good the very best I have had. The coffee was just as good as everything else. If you are in Rome, this is a MUST visit! If I lived closer I would be here all the time.

Cute coffee shop, excellent service, incredible food
I had the truffle chicken sandwich, Super loaded with white meat chicken in a truffle Mayo that was unlike anything I had ever tasted. It was fabulous! Made with grapes and craisins and house made candied walnuts that are so good they sell them separately.

Very classy. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The best scones I've ever had!

Love the coffe,e, food, servers and ambience. So great to have our own place right in Rome. Only problem that we incurred was delivery. Three of us ordered food during a slow time in the afternoon. Two received their food but the third person received her order 15 minutes later (a grilled cheese) than the other two. Would have liked to all eat at the same time. Looking forward to meeting there again tho.

They seem to focus on the sweet sugar coffee drinks. When trying to order, the woman behind the counter kept trying to push me in that direction, even though I kept insisting that's not what I wanted. My experience was that the actual espresso drinks were underwhelming. Not bad. Just not great. The roast that they use is fairly bland. Atmosphere is diner-like. Not a bad experience, but I probably won't go back.

Amazing hot chocolate. Tasty food, but hard to tell the size/portion you will get when ordering. I ordered a caprese salad for lunch. It was delicious, but I didn't realize it was the size of a coffee saucer ( basically 2 rows of tomato and cheese on a saucer with balsamic drizzle). I ended up sharing my mom's nachos, which were also tasty.
There was also some inaccuracies in how our food came out. My husband ordered the wedge salad and specifically asked for no balsamic. The same person who took our order made our food ( you can see into their prep area), and his salad came out covered in balsamic. They did remake it when it was brought to their attention, but seemed confused at the request. Perhaps a ticket system of some kind would help with that communication.
The place itself is beautiful and relaxing. There is very little noise, and there is no push to turn tables. I would go back and try again.

This place has good food and drinks but their service needs work. They don’t have one person devoted to taking orders and it means you have to wait, sometimes, upwards of 5 minutes before you are even acknowledged by staff. It seems like they prioritize small tasks like refilling the straws over greeting customers.
“Hi we will be with you in just a minute” goes a long way!

Went to Copperccino's Coffee House for the first time last weekend. All I can say is I love this place. The coffee is great, the owners are so nice and the atmosphere is wonderful. Glad they are able to keep it open during this virus time. I'll definitely be returning. Again, and again, and again...

Great atmosphere and interior decoration.
Coffee wasn’t too good as it tasted like it was sitting in thermal carafe for 10 hours. The prices for both beverages and food should be adjusted to lower prices — remember you’re in Rome, not New York City.
