Copperccino's Bistro, Bakery, & Coffee

Customer service is amazing! Plus they have vegan options and while I'm a pescetarian - it's always amazing to see restaurants providing options to incorporate everyone's dietary preferences!

I am disappointed with my visit. I love trying new coffee shops but this visit wasn't what I had hoped it would be. I was told my order would take about 20 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. Not a problem. Around 20 to 30 minutes of waiting I see a bag placed behind the counter. It sat there. A few staff members looked at it. I didn't want to bother the staff as I assumed they were busy and maybe short staffed as many places are. At the 50 minute mark of waiting, someone checked it an lo and behold, it was my order that had been complete sitting there for 20 minutes. It would have been to not have wasted that extra 20 to 30 minutes. The two sandwiches were good, luckily. I don't think it was worth $27 and 50 minutes of waiting.

The Copperccino’s Bistro, Bakery & Coffee shop is a sweet spot that is warm and inviting. The food is locally sourced and most of the ingredients are farm to table. I really enjoyed the earthy feel and flavors of this shop. The food was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is well thought out, along with the rest of the restaurants earthy decor. The decor is filled with local artistry which may be bought and taken home. Inside the led lights are unique in design. This shop also does a wonderful job with sustainability, most of the paper products are biodegradable.

This coffee place is incredible for a number of reasons-- the service, the decor, the food, and the drinks were all better than anything I could've hoped for. The owners are friendly, the customer service is amazing, and the atmosphere makes it a great experience. Everything is made from scratch and theres so much thought and care that goes into the food and drinks they make. You can tell these people love what they do and they do everything they can to give the best experience. By far, best coffee shop I've ever been to. I'll definitely miss it when I go back to MA.

The staff is super friendly and the food was delicious!!!! Theres lots of vegetarian and gluten free options if you need them, and they do have almond milk for lactose intolerant folks. Great breakfast spot with decent prices, I will definitely stop in again!

Super friendly waitstaff (although they could have used someone else up front taking orders) and cute atmosphere! I had to wait a bit for my food order and then it turned out to be messed up. But they let me choose a cookie to make it up. And let me just say, that Ooey gooey butter cookie, so good! The food ended up being delicious, and generous portions. Definitely will be back to try out a coffee drink and for another one of those cookies, especially with the warmer weather, as they offer outdoor seating!
