Soho Bagels and Cafe

First time going here. The staff is very friendly. Their food was good. I had the lox and cream cheese, my wife had Wall Street. It was massive. Both highly recommend. The prices were good. Recommend highly.

Will never go back, bagel was average, so overloaded with cream cheese. The ice tea had a medicinal taste, immediately tossed it. Got two chocolate chip cookies, um they were raisins. Overall the place was dirty. 12 bucks down the drain.Plenty of other places, go there.

Just got home from using the drive thru. I ordered a classic breakfast sandwhich with sausage on a cheddar bagel and a hot hazelnut latte. My latte quite literally did not have any espresso in it. It was just hot milk. And i received a whole grain bagel with cream cheese. Not sure if they just gave me the wrong order but was very disappointed

The bagels here are great, but they really need to get it together on the service. How do you have the same employees, several of whom who have been there for at least a year or more, and they are still acting like they're new? There is always chaos at the register between cashing people out and getting drinks. I ordered one of the flavored coffees and was told they were out, so I ordered a different blend. They were out of that too. I had to ask if they would brew a fresh pot or if they were done brewing coffee for the day (it was noon, they're open until 2). It's the little details that make a big difference.

No problem and no worries. I thought we had cleared this issue already. I understand no sweat this is bought the position I applied for. 😃 Once again this is about the position I applied for. No I didn't ordered anything from Soho Bagels

So delicious every time. Everything is freshly made.

The Bagels and breakfast sandwiches are on point but the customer service, while being okay once in a while, is more often than not completely horrendous. Unorganized, inefficient, unprofessional and downright RUDE

Great little local neighborhood place! Awesome everything bagels. Also got bagel sandwiches -- the double was a little bit much but the single was primo!

Soho’s CHONGA (cheddar onion garlic, I think?) bagels are incredible. I’ve never had a bagel from Soho that I didn’t love, but these CHONGA ones are 11/10

We typically love this spot however lately everyone seems all over th place and food is incosistent. Today I wanted to take my daughter for breakfast (I would brag about how amazing the bagels are) we went through drive thru and lady was very rude (my 10yr old said "wow shes rude") so we get our food and theres a hair stuck in the cinnamon bagel 😳 then we get home and I open my coffee to add sugar and I find this bug floating!!!! Honestly im happy it was bland so I didnt drink this. Very disappointing this use to be my favorite bagel spot! Hope they get back to how clean and amazing it once was.
