Simply the best coffee shop in the Rochester area. They know what they are doing and take great care in every step and detail from green beans to the final cup.

Amazing coffee, knowledgable baristas. They are really into the craft of coffee, and serve it to you in a really non-judgemental way. Tell them what you look for in a coffee or a coffee drink, and they'll do their best to figure out which roast and brewing method (they have many) will suit you! Coffee is fair trade, etc. Don't expect a quick stop, good coffee takes time.

OK, this is MUCH better. Single origin espresso from Mexico....served with a glass of water (thank you). Roasted on the dark side but not burnt and reasonably fresh. Machine is a hand cranked 3 head La Victoria Arduino. Roasting on site, free cuppings in "the lab". Hipster vibe but not too pretentious.....hey, it's still Rochester, NY. :-)

Amazing coffee shop! Katie was wonderful and knew her coffees! The pastriami sandwich is also fantastic. You must go if you're a coffee lover!!

Amazing coffee! Fantastic beer and wine selection, and great food.
Brunch is a must -- 11am to 3pm every Saturday and Sunday.

I don't drink coffee. Often I find myself only drinking it to please other people. Joe Bean is seriously the only coffee I drink and keep drinking because I want to. Good set of brews on tap too!

Best coffee place in the city, hands down. Their roasts are very fragrant and the coffee is delicious, the vibe in this place is really relaxed and the new kitchen addition is putting out tasty food

It’s a pretty space, open and bright, but NO WiFi or outlets... maybe great for good conversation over delicious coffee, just not a workspace.
