Unique upscale food court. Great lunch and dinner spot! I've tried food and drinks from each place, including the new coffee shop and sushi. Everything is always delicious...you must try!
Stopped at I-scream in iSquare. The service and ice cream were very well done. Lots of kids from the local schools hanging out there. Getting food from other venues there. Plenty of parking. Overall a nice experience.
A local development by a great family that has a vision and single handedly turned the hub district of West Irondequoit around. The House of Guitars is adjacent and is located on the former Irondequoit Grange, and Klem Dairy. I-Square has a stage with music in the summer, a rooftop garden, food and drinks, and ice cream. It also is sustainable in its design using solar, wind, geothermal plus pavement that's permeable. There are future plans for residential building and a recent conversion of a farm stand and its barn into a brewery. 25 years ago the town made a master plan that it wished it could do for this area. Mike and Wendy Nolan did this with some help from the local government originally but mostly on their own. Them being local and on hand allowed local planning boards and political entities to play with them more than a Wegmans, Dollar store, CVS and the likes. Last year Irondequoit property was listed as the hottest in the country. Values have risen tremendously. This wasn't the sole reason, because the area is blessed with natural resources and good schools, but it's for sure a feather in it's cap. All high quality buildings and great food. A respectable environment that uses a lot of the kids as workers.
Food is great at all the spots ,however the soda and ice machine have been broken for over a month. We enjoy eating there at least once a week , but getting tired of scooping ice from a bucket and soda all flat tasting
We love everything about i-square- especially how it serves as a model for renewable energy and eco-fonscious building and business practices. We also appreciate the charge stations for our vehicles! In the nice weather we love going to concerts or eating on the roof, and love the ice cream, wine bar, craft beers, chinese food, burgers, salads/italian food- and the majority of the staff is high school kids who are very friendly and polite. Often times you'll see the owners there, as they are hands on with the business! We've had a great time at breakfast with Santa, or for Monday night football with specials. There are often special events, and a trip to the imagination (be sure to check days/hours) is always fun! So much to learn there! Don't forget the brewery that opened in 2019 just up the street! Our whole family highly recommends it.
The cafeteria style with delicious options and seating are worth a visit. I can always can count on a delicious meal from one of the places in I-square especially Hong Kong one. The food is always fresh and the family that run it works so hard. I do miss Pasta Cucina, unfortunately they relocated. Bon appetit 😋
Awesome little ‘food court’ located right beat a park and an out door performance center. Every restaurant or business in the square provides great food! Parking is pretty limited but I’ve somehow never had trouble finding a space.
Long time listener first time caller. Came for the music, will definitely come back to try the new sushi joint. Dog friendly, kid friendly but there were teenagers present. Teenagers being literally the worst!
I enjoy going to car show & music every Wednesday. Recently I have been inquiring about the new cottages build @I square. I have emailed Mike Nolan 3 time, with no response. Not a good business man. I have went to see cottages, no office on site, no phone number to call. Perhaps this is the place for me. It's unfortunate that these cottages are associated with I square, the place itself is a great place, food, drinks & go ood music. Mike Nolan so good.
