Gloria Jean's Coffees

I haven't been to GJ in quite a while & stopped by today while I was in the area. The customer service from the owner was outstanding! He was so accommodating to make my favorite drink but altering it to make sure it wasn't too sweet. He even had me try it beforehand to make sure it was what I wanted, otherwise he would have fixed it. The owner was just super nice & friendly and went above & beyond. I was hesitant to go into the mall JUST to get a Gloria Jeans coffee but I'll be making a trip there way more often with that kind of service!

The coffee specialty drinks are the best tasting they are way better than Starbucks in my opinion and more affordable, I love the roasted flavor of their coffee beans they use I would highly recommend everyone to go and try a coffee or one of their specialty drinks. The chocolate turtle was phenomenal and the mocha chiller is also phenomenal I don't think there is a bad coffee or drink you could get there

Every week, my partner and I have a coffee date at Gloria Jeans. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. I am obsessed with their iced cappuccino with coconut. We go out of our way to visit them at least once a week. The punch card to earn free drinks is an added bonus!

Beautiful customer service! I went yesterday and the two girls Naz and Taylor were so nice I had to write their names down in my phone because my drink came out quickly and it tasted so good they also gave me extra caramel drizzle just how I wanted! Thank you, definitely will come again :)

Best premium and quality coffee in Rochester, hands down. The Sleigh Ride Cookie and Matcha Creme Brulee Latte are my favorites. No one else can really beat the quality and how well-made the coffee is from here. I always stop by whenever I'm in Greece. Should definitely open more locations outside the mall. Keep up the great work!

i highly recommend gloria jeans because of their delicious drinks, and very kind staff. the workers are professional and fast, they treat everyone with positivity and respect. i go there everyday for my coffee because i feel comfortable there and the drinks are great

Definetly a launching platform for stand alone in a non mall atmosphere. Great service great product and everyone should reward themselves with quality. While you shop and pay ridulous products you can pay on line for 30% less. It's a no Brainerd. Just stop in once...you'll come back trust me. I'm not a spokes person or paid to say...

Love this place, the customer service is always great! I live 2 hours away and every time I’m in the area, GJ’s is my first stop! My go to order is medium coffee with mint chocolate syrup, and my boyfriends order is mint chocolate bomb chiller! 10/10 recommend. #TinaRocks
