Gloria Jean's Coffees Poughkeepsie

These are horrible people that order from delivery services and not tip a dime after heavy goods are driven to them in someone’s personal vehicle. Yet they have a tip cup out on the counter for themselves and expect people to tip them for putting liquid in a cup? Shame on you.

There was nothing special. I got a regular ice coffee for $5.30 because this place is so expensive I wasn't willing to pay for espresso drinks or anything blended, it is more expensive than Starbucks by at least $2 more per drink. Over $9-11 for a blended coffee. That is just insanely over priced.

Absolutely amazing! There is no doubt they have the best drinks in the entire mall, but even more importantly, their staff are absolutely wonderful people!! I enjoy every visit. Keep up the amazing work!

My got to when I need a lift.

The products are good and enjoyable but the service from the manager today around 1 - 3 pm was horrible. My friend and I ordered a drink specifically all vanilla because she can't have chocolate. When we got it, it appeared to have chocolate so we told the staff. They were unsure whether it did or not so they brought the manager over who insisted there was no chocolate though the drink had a chocolate color. When my friend tried it, sure enough, it did taste like chocolate. We went back to inform the manager and she rudely told us to read the product description. It didn't say anything about having chocolate. Then to our surprise the manager says, "it doesn't have chocolate, it has oreo cookies and oreo cookies are not chocolate." Wow.... we were really amazed to be treated so rude in front of everyone and then for this manager to say that oreo cookies are not chocolate was shocking. We said they were she insisted they weren't. We asked for the drinks to be remade, because that's not what we ordered and most importantly my friend can't eat chocolate (that did not matter to the manager at all). The manager first said she was not going to exchange them but we insisted and she came at us extremely harsh that she will only do it this one time but never again. A few minutes later she was leaving and had the nerves to go past us and repeat that she will never exchange anything for us ever again. ugh....what an experience, she really needs customer service training.

Rude Indian woman at the counter not the first time dealing with rude Indian women running business like Gloria Jeans, Subway, and Carvel. It will be a long time before I go back there, besides most of their chillers taste the same anyway. I can go to McDonald's find a similar drink without the bad attitude.

Gloria jean's is located in the Poughkeepsie Galleria mall lower level by Sears. They serve a variety of coffees hot and cold and smoothies. Gloria's also has breakfast sandwiches, bagels and muffins and several dessert items. Depending on when you're there they can be very busy. So if you find yourself in the mall doing some shopping swing by the shop for a tasty treat.

Great coffee right in the Poughkeepsie Galleria near the old Sears. Visited last week and it was quite good!

The coffee is good and the staff are nice, but it’s clear they’ve received little to no training. This is the only coffee place in the mall, so they could go a long way with a little more training for employees.
