Cuando entras, se ve sucio y lúgubre, desafortunadamente este establecimiento parece estar cerrando su negocio. Las Casses estaban vacías y los desiertos que eran suyos parecían secos, a excepción del Flan se veía fresco. El enfriador de bebidas estaba vacío, con poca selección para elegir. . Pappa siempre dijo que no se puede vender desde un carrito vacío. La comida estaba demasiado cocida, seca, dura e insípida. Las papas fritas eran buenas. Vi todas las críticas y no me preocupaba el personal que tenía actitud porque puedo pasar por alto que si su comida es deliciosa y auténtica, sin embargo, no lo fue y su personal era solo personal, no fueron groseros, pero tampoco fueron acogedores. Más como si tuvieran que ser suyos y no les gustaba su trabajo. Las mesas eran horteras y necesitaban un buen fregado junto con el resto del lugar. Las fotos que están aquí no son de ninguna visita reciente, sino de cuando se abrieron por primera vez. Volveré a la calle principal del este para mi pequeño sabor de Columbia.

FUI AYER MARTES 22 de NOVIEMBRE A LAS 5 pm en busca de unos pandemonios y un extracto de zanahoria , la chica que me recibió NO QUIZO HACER EL JUGO Y LA CHICA PRESUMIENDO DE UN INGLÉS REENCAUCHADO , asumió que yo no le entendía , con tan MALA SUERTE QUE LE ENTENDÍ PERDECTAMENTE.
Siempre q voy a ese sitio LA ACTITUD PARA ATENDER AL CLIENTE DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR, sugiero contratar EMPLEADOS con absoluta actitud de servicio y disponibilidad ya q al menos esa chica DISTA MUCHO DE TENER.
Es lamentable q un establecimiento le dañe el nombre a la población Colombiana con esa calidad de servicio y lo peor es q TODOS los reviews hablan de lo mismo… OJO

I WENT YESTERDAY TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22 AT 5 pm looking for some pan de bono and a carrot extract, the girl who received me DID NOT WANT TO MAKE THE JUICE AND THE GIRL PRESUMING OFF A RETREADED ENGLISH, assumed that I did not understand her, with so BAD LUCK I UNDERSTOD PERFECTLY.
Whenever I go to that site THE ATTITUDE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED, I suggest hiring EMPLOYEES with an absolute attitude of service and availability since at least that girl IS FAR FROM HAVING.
It is unfortunate that an establishment damages the name of the Colombian population with that quality of service and the worst thing is that ALL the reviews talk about the same thing... BEWARe the food is all right. However, The customer service there is awful. Won’t be back .
