The food is sometimes good, orders messed up a decent amount. One time I got a dessert from their and they sold me an expired one. Another time, I bought a soda and it expired in may 2021. Customer service is lacking and I dont feel welcomed.

Whenever I want a lil taste of Colombia. This is the spot to go. The food, coffee is exceptional.

I ordered empanadas from their catering menu, they give you assorted meats, Hawaiian and cheese only. They were a hit! Everyone loved the flavor and the size. Definitely recommend and will be ordering other items too for further occasions.

First time here, I gave 3 stars because the arepa de choclo con queso was very good, but the empanada de carne was ok, the meat was lacking. But the worst part was the service, there was one guy there and he was sitting on his phone, no greeting or anything. When ordering it was like pulling teeth. Just because of that, I don’t think I will return.

Very displeased. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m always disappointed. I used to say hit or miss but lately it’s just been a miss. They over charge for their sauce first of all. They fill up a 1 inch cup half way and charge .30 cents for it. Their salad comes in that same tiny cup of dressing ( I mean atleast they fill that one up to the top). Still isn’t enough. Juicy burger is the best thing in that place. Everything else it depends on what mood they are in when they cook it. When you walk in nobody greets you or even acknowledges your existence to the point you have to yell In the back to see if anybody is even working. Make sure to inspect your food before you leave so you’re not left dissatisfied, either wrong food or a mistake.

First of all I wanna that the food here is amazing and I love it, and this is the reason why I always come back hoping that I get great customer service. however it always ends up being a horrible experience with the lady behind the counter, she is extremely rude, and has always an attitude with me, not sure why. yesterday I made an order, then I asked how long she calculated for my order to be ready and she said 1 hour, I told her I didn't think it would take that long and she rudely replied well your not the only client waiting here. as a someone that works with customer service myself , I understand that some people order take out and time wait could be long, however there is no need for the rude attitude towards the clients. this is not the first time that she is kind of rude, the times the man is behind the counter is a better experience. not sure if there is more people a=behind the counter besides them two.

Pan con queso (bread with cheese inside) is amazing! Great options to choose from. And the staff is very kind

This is the first coffee shop in this country that doesn’t make decaf coffee !! 🤔weird…. I went to this shop with my mom yesterday to have some coffee and pan de bono, well, I ask for decaf coffee the girl tells me : we don’t have that , then I asked for pan de bono : she says we only have 4 peace’s, so I said let me have the all four of them and when she puts them in the bag they looked burned, then I asked for 2 of the circle breads she gives 2 very burned and very dried circles of bread, it was also very expensive. What a bad experience. The girl looked like she didn’t want to be there, she didn’t want to be bother.

First time here and only visited after looking at some awesome flyer left on my car while at the supermarket (I normally hate that sort of thing). Had a great iced americano and a chicken pastry type snack. I was looking for a coffee pick me up and a snack in between meals and this was perfect. Can't wait to try their breakfast or lunch options.

One of the best buñuelos I've had! Reminded me of when I was in Colombia ❤️ Service was great, gentleman that helped me was very friendly and the establishment was very clean. Looking fwd to going back and trying more items on the menu! If you're in the area, I would recommend you stop by.
