Such a great place! Food is excellent and there is a great selection of books on local history and even local fiction. Also really nice gifts and souvenirs. Food and groceries are gourmet, high end, but not exclusively limited to that. There's really something for everyone.

Absolutely delicious food, reasonable prices and located right in the heart of Palenville.
If you're in the area there is no where better to get food, drink and everything else you could need.
They have a great Ruben, and the Roast Beef sandwich with a fancy name was killer.
I definitely recommend stopping by and treating yourself.

Expensive, but worth it! The Tannery is delicious! Any time we take a trip up the mountain for a hike or a kayak, on the way we hit up this place for sandwiches to go. They have a cute little grocery store too. It’s got a lovely, local vibe.

Excellent pit stop to get a picnic to go before going hiking! Careful though, Yogi Bear might be hot on your tail if you choose any of the amazing sandwiches from this hidden gem in the Catskills!

Stopped at this local spot to and from Kaaterskill and I’m so glad we did. The sandwiches were top notch and delicious. The staff were super friendly and even included a pickle! A must stop if you are in the area.

Best sandwiches around NY. They also sell locally crafted things like soaps & jewelry. They also sell some really great IPA's. Love this place & will be coming back every time after hiking kaaterskills!
