the pastries are preserved, prepackaged garbage that they leave in the case out in the open for hours. they treat their employees like work tokens and don't actually care how much they put into the place. I've seen a couple good baristas leave over it. the drinks are wildly inconsistent unless the girl haylie is working and I'm pretty sure I had a coffee make me sick but it just wasnt worth looking into at the time. I highly suggest khepera or coffee connection as substitutes as this place is just not worth it. it had potential but it seems to me like they're more worried about the atmosphere and having a pretty coffee shop than they are providing quality service and products.

First time here. I had the Pumpkin Spice Latte! It was excellent; one of the best I've had. Love the atmosphere, service, etc! Will be a returning customer!

Excellent coffee shop, we stop for a double expresso on the go and was really good!

Loved it here! The barista recommended their own creation, an iced lavender honey latte, I believe it was. Amazing flavor! Definitely my new summer drink and I hope the flavor sticks around for a while. Will be back!

I have given Riverwalk coffee a couple of tries now and have been sorely disappointed each time. I was trained as a barista at an established coffee shop so I was hoping for some great coffee from riverwalk. Every time I have gone the service has been subpar, definitely not friendly in any way. Every drink that I’ve tried tastes like straight milk with an insane amount of flavoring, the espresso is seemingly nowhere to be found. I tried the wildflower latte which I was very excited for, only to find that there was yet again lack of any espresso taste and an overwhelming sweetness. The globs of honey that were poured in did little to help the latte. Honey doesn’t mix in well with iced drinks as it is so it confused me when I watched the barista put in such a large amount. Ultimately the latte was rendered undrinkable.
Additionally, not allowing baristas to except tips is a little ridiculous, and gives no incentive to employees to create and serve quality drinks with quality service. Especially when the baristas are working completely alone with a long line of people, which has been the case every time I’ve gone in. If you want to support a small coffee shop in Oswego, I highly recommend either Coffee Connection or Khepera Coffee.

I'm very picky about my coffee, I don't like Dunkins Coffee or Starbucks. But this little cafe has really good damn drip coffee. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I had to come back 2 hours later for a second cup. I love how strong there coffee is, I dont need cream or sugar for it, I love the aroma the coffee has, the taste is really good. The coffee shop is colorful, the 3 ladies that worked there yesterday was friendly, nice and quick. I definitely see myself coming here at least twice a week. I would recommend to anyone who just loves coffee

The coffee is excellent, skilled baristas, great customer service. It’s not okay that the owner of this establishment doesn’t let their employees accept tips. I definitely don’t get the impression that these workers are paid well enough to justify cutting off an important stream of income that most service industry employees rely on. If it weren’t for that policy I would be leaving a 5 star review.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, good product and cute exterior/interior, but they said they couldn’t accept tips! Same with the other two Riverwalk shops, which is absurd. The staff knew what they were talking about w the drinks, so I wanted to leave an extra dollar or two but I couldn’t. In the future, I may stick to Khepera or Coffee Connection just because I think they’re treating their employees better. Put a tip jar out, it doesn’t hurt anyone!

Very cute, outdoor seating nearby. Custom coffee roasts and tea blends. Fantastic selection of coffees and teas, only a few snacks and baked goods. Great place for a latte and a good book
