Friendly staff, good coffee, and a tasty breakfast sandwich; what's not to like!

I’m giving my review over the past 9 years of service while working in the area. Food has always been great as well as countless drinks. At 5 bucks a pop I would have looked that for as much business I’ve given them over the past 9 years, they would have merchandise ( like hoodies or at shirt) to remind myself of my time there. I spent half as much time at wise guys and he was throwing stuff at me every time I came in because I always brought him business. More customers means more money. My last drink today had to be heated up because it was barely mine warm and the sandwich I asked for tomatoes and was given two things that looks like tomatoes but we’re as thin as a piece of paper. Even in a fragile economy, people still want to be treated fairly and feel like we’re still getting something for our money. Each customer is a return customer and a possible new customer that follows off referrals. Cheating people for the sale of a dollar will won’t bring in more customers. 👍

Bagel - hard. Most likely a day old.
No croissants in stock- I was there at 8 am.
Breakfast blt- highlight of the things I got.
Latte - disappointing, especially since latte is in the name
Coffee- could only taste the flavor, no coffee taste.
Price- the above with two Minute Maid juices $29.

First time coming here, and definitely will make a trip the next time I'm in town! My friends and I all wanted to find a cute place for everyone to eat breakfast and this place fit the bill!

We had 5 in our party, and only got 4 meals and drinks. I asked the cashier when the 5th meal would be out, they said they didn't hear a 5th order. Instead of making me wait at the end of the long line, they quickly accommodated and put a rush on it so we could all eat together. The cashier apologized and so did I. An honest mistake, but they made it right, quickly.

With the lack of staff worldwide, I was pleasantly surprised that this small business was thriving, and staff was friendly. A bonus, there is an attached book store with SO MANY cute items along with a large variety of books. In my group, we all shop small, and enjoyed every bit of our visit to both small businesses.

It was amazing ive never had a disappointing experience, however the woman who was working the register was extremely rude and should reconsider her choice in working in customer service. she was rude to not only me but also the customer before and behind us in line. I wish I caught her name

A good litmus test for how shameless and money-grubbing a restaurant can be? Charging an extra 25 cents to butter my toast. Mind you, I’m not talking about extra butter. I’m talking about THE butter in buttered toast. There is basically three ingredients to toast: heat bread and butter. What’s next a surcharge for toasting? I wonder why i almost never go to this place.

Best by far the best local cafe. Attached to a small bookstore this coffee shop is a classic artisan shop for espresso made right. Great ambience and location, very walkable and prime for people watching.

Great service and great food! Love this place!

I really want to like this place but the food quality is wildly inconsistent. Depending on the day you may get very good food or barely edible food. There are no recipes and no quality control. It just runs however it wants to on any given day. When it's great it's great when it's not it's not. I will amend this review after a few more visits.
