Latte Lounge

The worst service out of any business in Oneonta, hands down. Ive given them many chances and Ive never had a pleasurable experience or a reasonable wait time for my food. Im talking 50 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese every single time. I could go on but Id rather just warn you that this is a MUST AVOID location.

Got huevos rancheros with a good friend of mine. It was absolutely stunning. So good. I almost cried it was so good. The employee who handed me the plate confessed that it was the first time she'd made it and asked me to let her know how it was, but by the time I finished and went back in a couldn't find her. I hope she reads this. It's been 5 hours since I finished and I still can't get over how good it was.

5 stars just because Chris is an amazing employee. He always has a smile and is very attentive to customers. Thank you Chris!

the worker at the counter was very rude and disrespectful to my friends and I while taking all of our orders. She had a very bad attitude and treated us so poorly. On top of being treated this way my order was messed up significantly not once but twice. This worker deserves to be fired as she zero people skills.

Latte lounge stays messing up my orders I’ll ask for a sausage egg and cheese with salt pepper ketchup and I received a disgusting cold egg with just a sausage patty missing the rest. Then I also got a cinnamon raisin bagel (lightly toasted) was completely charred black. I may as well have asked for a burnt bagel with cream cheese. And also the service is absolutely horrendous I’ll order two things and they’ll take 30 minutes just to come out and they’ll end up coming out freezing cold

Yesterday I went here while my family was in the bookstore. I got an iced coffee and a bagel for less than $5! Not only does it have good prices but it is extremely tasty. My bagel was fresh out the oven and was still warm and delicious when I ate it 20 minutes later. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Head over as soon as you can and enjoy great food and drinks.

Had a great breakfast burrito and the service was excellent. Definitely best place to hit for coffee and breakfast!

Absolutely horrible coffee. Either burnt, although they served medium, or long time not cleaned coffee machine.
Avocado toast is made with avocado paste, a store bought kind that has acidic taste. On top of a thin avocado layer there were a slice of mozzarella and diced tomatoes finished with the balsamic sauce. Basically, caprese salad. On toast. With something in-between.
1/3 inch mold piece was there too. Unfortunately, camera doesn't focus good enough to see the details.

Overall expansive menu of lunch options, hopefully better quality than mine was.

Wonderful! I went here to meet with a group of friends and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and quick! I love coming here. My favorite part is that it is attached to the Green Toad Bookstore!
