The coffee tasted bad, the place was dirty.

Delicious and excellent service! Rating 4 coffee mugs out of 5.

A really laid-back staff brew mean cups of coffee at this cozy coffeeshop. Their drinks have creative names, and some creations change every so often, making you want to come back for more! Seating is ample and spacious, so you can easily come here to get a few things done on your laptop as well. It's a good example of an independent roaster in the Syracuse-area.
If this review helped you out, please help me by giving me a thumbs-up. It would be much-appreciated!

My "Go-To" coffee shop! A good place to take dates, meet with friends, or do some work. It is never terribly busy, and they allow live music AND dogs!! Such a chill atmosphere.

Wonderful coffee in the heart of Liverpool. This coffee shop has great espresso drinks and offer a variety of plant-based milks, including oat. I enjoy grabbing a latte and walking along Onondaga Lake.

Probably went there half a dozen times, but just now (still taste the coffee) I finished my to-go latte. It was the best I've had in years. The guy with the hairdo made it. The coffee was good as usual, but the milk was foamed to a uniform dense milk foam (not the usual hot milk with foam on top) and it stayed that way until the last drop. I am guessing he kept temperature low and it didn't destroy the fat matrix of milk. He knows. God, it was good.

Coffee was fine but they were out of eats at 1 pm on a Sunday and the layout is all wrong. The bathrooms open right out into the seating area and for whatever reason, the bathroom door neither closes automatically nor do Liverpoolians (who seem to use it as a public restroom) close the door after use. The aroma is, magical. I wouldn't go back.

Great quiet place for coffee and surprisingly good baked goods even though they are not made on site they are delivered fresh. People are friendly but not overly so, seating is sparse and minimalist. Perfect for me.

Good local coffee shop. Locations are convenient throughout the Syracuse area, especially with the new Camillus location opening soon. Variety is pretty good, but inconsistent throughout each location. You'll have options in Fayetteville that you won't have in Liverpool, for instance. Atmospheres at each location vary quite a bit too. That said, I go often on the weekends to do work. During the week the closest location closes at 6pm, so I can't go after work to finish research or unwind.

I am an ex-employee of this establishment and I encourage that no one give their money to this business. The employers take total advantage of their employees, making them work 6-7 days a week, full shifts with no breaks. On your ONE day off, you will get called in and made to feel bad when you say no. Not only are you worked like a slave, the owner always falls through with orders placed for the stores, constantly leaving them empty handed and without product. Furthermore, the owner does not even know how to run the store, or even open the cash register! This company barely has enough staff to run the stores, yet they turn away perfectly good resumés because they owners are sexist and like to only hire beautiful young girls. This list could go on forever. So to conclude this review, again, I strongly encourage that no one waste their money at this shop. Spend it elsewhere on far better coffee, where it'll go to a company that actually cares and stands for something. This place should be renamed Prison of Espresso.
