Our family stopped here for an afternoon pick-me-up for the first time. The barista was very friendly and helpful. The coffees we ordered were made fresh, and were delicious. I had the cherry mocha special, and it was one of the best coffees I have ever had. Not too sweet, and true coffee taste. Highly recommend!

I hate to do this because I love supporting businesses within my community but this is just not sitting right with me. I tried out this coffee shop over the weekend for the first time. Cute interior with places to sit and hang out, good service and pretty good coffee.
Now to the issue. There was a sign that said to please tip because the employees make tipped wages (which is 8.35 an hour in NYS). This isn't a restaurant. Most people don't tip at coffee shops. Nobody is waiting on you, it's generally not expected. But I saw this sign and now knew I needed to tip. Ok that's fine, I usually do anyways. Then I order my drink, a large plain iced latte (the large is similar to a Starbucks medium) and my total is SEVEN DOLLARS not including the tip I now need to include because this employer isn't paying their employees properly. 8 dollars for a 16 Oz latte is insane. If costs were raised so that the employees could have a good salary and benefits it would have been fine. I would have been happy to have a slightly more expensive drink. But there is literally a sign up declaring that they don't pay their employees. Maybe I misunderstood something along the lines or a mistake was made with my order but I'm really disappointed in my experience.

Service is super friendly (Mallory was my Barista) and she knew a lot about the menu. My first time here was today and it's very peaceful. The drinks were great and the the place is so well kept. New favorite cafe!

Such a cute place to grab a quick coffee before work. The iced coffee was good and I really liked that they had paper straws as an option. As someone who brings her metal straws wherever she can, having a non plastic option was great! The place itself looked very bland and boring but I could see going to get some work done.

I stopped by to pick up a cup of coffee and was struck by how simply the store was decorated. It was a quiet, calm place that seemed very welcoming. The coffee tasted great and I'll probably be adding this place to my list of regular visits.

Clean and cozy environment with friendly staff. Baked goods are available and there is a wide selection of drinks to choose from. Like a Starbucks but without that 'chain' feel to it. Free WiFi. Nice place that's tucked in the back corner of the village of Liverpool.

I liked this coffee shop (the Liverpool location) the first time I went there. I got a peanut butter flavored coffee, which I thought was good. However, I've been back recently, and I was disappointed in their Americano. It tasted as if the Espresso was stale or perhaps that their coffee equipment needs cleaning. However, it could have just been an off day! It's definitely worth trying!

Working here was a nightmare and ill never give my business to this company. I highly advise that anyone considering taking their money here go anywhere else. The owner does nothing to advance the shops business and never comes in to help with anything that happens to break or with anything needed around the store and pawns these tasks off on one man who works 60+ hours a week as is, there's no work with social media so they almost never advertise their product, they work their employees to death with almost no days off and sometimes making them work double shifts all with no scheduled breaks in between which is illegal. I'll go ahead and end this with giving them a 0 out of 5 stars because even 1 is too much recognition.

Need a good but quick pick-me-up? At the lake end of Tulip St. in Liverpool, this is a favorite coffee stop. Rich Breves, Lattes and regular "joe" the stop is well worth it, whether it has to be on the go, or you need a quiet sitdown. You won't regret it, because they have flavored sparkling drinks, excellent choices in tea and home-roasted coffee beans from which they brew several varieties each day. What to catch up with a friend. Here is a good place to meet up.

Very nice atmosphere, baristas and beverages.
