Great food and drinks. Kitties are adorable! Such a fun place and kid friendly. Vegan and gluten free options, kids play area, changing station in bathroom, two cat rooms

What a great little cafe! You can socialize and adopt cats and kittens while enjoying a great cup of coffee or some snacks, or even lunch. Such a caring staff and group of volunteers.

Love this coffee shop. It has a wonderful inclusive and wibe. Books on the shelves toys in the corner cats are waiting for some pets:). The crew is extremely good. Friendly ,patient and professional. The coffee is superb the best things of course the cute kitties.

meh there are better places; I'm hoping its not about profiling; some people can adopt cats some people just can't regardless of how many times they applied and ve been there visiting kitties mehhh bye

If you're a cat lover this is a "must visit" staple of local Ithacan culture. Strong sense of community and the prices are pretty reasonable, even a little on the cheaper side considering the quality of food, location and the endless adorable feline entertainment.

Be sure to book rooms ahead of time during the weekends, or try to go during the weekdays if you like a more relaxed and personal experience.

First time in the cafe, tried the black coffee and don’t think was as good as other cafes I’ve been to, the coffee of the hotel I was staying was better. Staff was friendly, the store was cozy, kudos for that.

This was an ok experience. For full disclosure, I have been to five other cat cafes in other cities and all have been miles better than this one. I mainly want to let the people reading this review know that if this is the first cat cafe you visit, do not let it solidify your opinion of cat cafes because most are much better.
The positives:
- staff are very nice
- drinks & food have punny names that made us smile
- the cats are clearly getting a lot of love

The negatives:
-we arrived at 1:50 and were told that they didn’t have any spots available to play with the cats until 3 and we should book online to ensure a spot… so we left and went to their online reservation system and booked spots for 2:30 and saw there were spots open for 2. Just kind of off-putting
- the litter boxes have a strong odor which should not be the case if they are being scooped/cleaned properly
-the furniture in the cat rooms is very worn and should be replaced
- the cafe itself is quite cluttered and looks like it needs a deep scrub

Overall we had a good time getting to see some cute cats and enjoy the calm vibes of the cafe, but left with some reservations about the cleanliness and overall quality of life the cats are receiving while here.

One of my favorite places in Ithaca, maybe even New York! The coffee is always great and nothing is better than chilling with some cats while you sip. Merigold is the permanent cafe cat and she loves to just cuddle right up to you. There's many cats here and the love to play and just hang out. If you're ever in Ithaca this Is a place to check out

Hot chocolate is nice. I definitely want to come back to play with the cats! They let our dog in which I appreciate.

So much joy!! Friendly staff. Loved petting the kittens, they’re very sweet and a smart idea to have two energy-level rooms to choose from. Reasonable prices as well and good drinks. They have a clear mission and I feel very good supporting them!
