Cyrus: Chai & Coffee Company

Cyrus is the best coffee on long island hands down. You're not going to find a better selection anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor is spot on and even the food they serve is top notch.

I recommend trying the Brazil or the Turkey coffee and if you're hungry the Refucheese is to die for.

Tasty and authentic coffee!! The yerbatte tea with honey Is my favorite!! The nutella mocha latte hot and cold is my favorite drink!!!! The lattes are pricey but worth it! The Chocolate chip muffin there is dangerously delicious !

This coffee will ruin your life- it is so good, you will never be able to drink normal coffee again. You will find yourself sneaking away from your job, lying to your wife and family, hiding from your loved ones your newly acquired habit. You will sell your possessions, your dog, just to get your fix. The conversation at the counter is pretty decent, as well.

The Turkish brew was out of this world!! I'm pregnant and have been avoiding caffeine but decided to try a cup because my husband swears by Cyrus and it was well worth the wait! The hazelnut chocolate muffin was to die for. Can't wait til I'm in the area again to have another cup!!

Great coffee. Very small shop near the Bay Shore train station. Best coffee i have had yet. It is clean and has seating so you can relax and enjoy your coffee. No public restroom.

I have never had better coffee on this island. They are super passionate and knowledgeable about their craft, serving single origin pour over from a variety of locales with care. Can't wait for my next cup.

Easily the best coffee I've ever had. My wife and I *actually* get up earlier to make sure we grab coffee before we get on the train. Also, Cyrus is loads of fun to hang around and chat with about random things. He's your favorite bartender serving you nitrogenated iced coffee that tastes like Guinness.

Amazing coffee & tea shop primarily focusing on pour overs and chai blends, though they do have a larger assortment of coffee and tea based drinks available. They have a wide variety of single origin coffees from around the world an an assortment of absolutely stunning chai blends. While I am partial to black coffee, their pour over coffees have such rich flavors and little bitterness to the point where I would recommend anyone try their coffee without milk/sugar. Personally, I would recommend visitors try the Zimbabwe coffee or the Thai Spice chai.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, watching them prepare the drip coffee was pretty cool. They have a large selection of coffees and tea. All coffee can be poured as you wait. Take the time to smell all the coffees before you select your variety!

Of all the years I've been coming to and supporting this establishment I have never been so appalled I just traveled from Massapequa 9 months pregnant mind you literally due in 4 days to get a coffee from this coffee shop. My three year old daughter came along for the ride bc she loves their muffins. We wait in the unusually long line, order and my daughter tells me she needs to use the bathroom. This man not only tells me that my toddler can't use their bathroom but that in fact they don't even have one which I know is a lie bc of the numerous times I myself have used it in idk how many years! UNREAL! Now i literally have to run and find a restroom for my toddler before she bursts!!! Not coming back for the coffee either.. Very dissapointed!
