Food is good but very expensive. I mean 3 breakfast sandwiches and a strawberry smoothie, $30 or more

We have had many bagels, all around NY and surrounding states. This by far was one of our favorites. Had the egg, meat, and cheese with ketchup salt and pepper. Amazing.

This place is the best! We were in the area for the weekend and were so happy with the food the first day that we ordered brunch the next day as well. Would highly recommend the bagels and wraps, they're excellent. The everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, the everything bagel with olive pimento, the garden veggie heroes/panini, and the eggplant parmesan heroes/panini were our top picks.

The place sees healthy footfall on the weekends, so expect a little wait, else call and order the food in advance.

Wildly slow. They make each sandwich/bagel in order regardless of what you get. Ordered a plain toasted bagel with butter. Watched as they made 8 bagel sandwiches with bacon, egg, etc. My bagel sat outside the toaster for 20 minutes. Truly horrible experience. Cannot understand what thinking goes into the way they handle a slight rush.

Long wait, rude customer service. No simple list of what bagels are in stock, instead get attitude from high pitched employee working the register. With the amount of people you had working, it shouldn't take 30 mins to make 2 bagels with cream cheese. When we asked for an order update we were ignored and told it's a number system. We asked for a status update specifically with the number we had gotten, we obviously know it is a number system... It should not take us asking several times and 30 mins to make 2 bagels with cream cheese!

I come in from Texas to visit family and my daughter and I must have a bagel each morning we are there. They are the best bagels I ever had. We take a dozen take to Texas with us and my mother even sent us a dozen for Christmas.

I’m sad that it took me four years upstate to find this place. Best everything bagel I’ve had that wasn’t from Brooklyn.

Phenomenal seasoning blend on the everything bagel, and the iced coffee was very good as well. There’s also a large selection of drinks in the cooler (stuff you won’t find elsewhere).

Great to find a place where it seems like owners/employees put passion into the food.

Will be back time and time again. One of those hidden gems.

Great bagels in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. Not only are the bagels great but every sandwich I've tried has been excellent. Johnny at the counter will get you squared away in no time at all and do it with a smile no less.
