This is a motorcyclists cafe stop up in Hudson, not a biker bar, nice place to drop the kickstand have a cup- of- Joe and walk around and look at the couple of European motorbikes and the apparel and accessories they sell, super helpful staff with what they sell,, good selection of coffees as well definitely a place i will ride to again when the weather cools off

This place is a total ripoff with lame service. Came in for a quick latte on my way out of town with high hopes on account of all the great reviews. I should have known better since most of them were comments about the moto gear and not the cafe portion of the store. Ordered a “house made chai latte” that sounded great despite the exorbitant $6.25 price tag. Paid the $1 up charge for oat milk. Then stood there watching the three ladies behind the counter proceed to chit chat with each other. For ten minutes.
The lady who took my order was standing around chatting, slowly unloading the dishwasher while complaining about some past job. Another, who seemed to maybe be the manager, was just standing there talking, and a third was preparing food for the one person sitting in the table area. There was nobody else in the cafe. I was the only customer waiting for a beverage. I literally stood there confused, wondering if maybe they were waiting for the chai tea to brew, or if they needed a dish out of the dishwasher to make the drink, or if there was another fancy “house made” method for pulling together a chai latte that didn’t require anybody to do anything for several minutes.
Clearly that was giving them too much credit because the one unloading the dishwasher at one point finally remembered that I was standing there, because she turned to the manager and said, “Oh, there’s a chai latte order. At least I think it was a chai latte.” Then she looked at me confused, and said, “yeah, it was a chai latte.” By the way, the manager was clearly aware that I had been standing at the register waiting for something to happen because at one point she made eye contact and smiled at me, but she was content just hanging out with her employees as if it was totally normal to ignore waiting customers in favor of gossiping rather than preparing their order.
At that point, I had been standing there patiently watching this circus and was about to lose it. I reminded them that I had ordered a chai latte with oat milk - a detail that they charged me for but clearly failed to remember - something that would have wreaked havoc on my system if they’d gotten it wrong since I’m lactose intolerant. The manager went to start making my order and I went to use the bathroom. As I got to the bathroom about 15 seconds after leaving the coffee counter, I heard her turn the milk steamer shut off, thinking to myself there’s no way that was long enough to heat up milk for a latte. Washed my hands in the bathroom and came back out to pick up my drink. Was pretty disappointed to find that it was tiny (maybe 6 ounces?) and lukewarm. Check the photo. I don’t have large hands. They just have tiny drinks. For $7.25 no less.
When I said something to the manager asking her to heat it up so it was more than lukewarm, she blamed the fact that “it had been sitting there for a few minutes.” If the amount of time it took me to wash my hands and walk back to the counter was “a few minutes” then I must have waited an hour before they started my order. She offered to make me another one, which would have been a total waste, then explained that they don’t make it hotter because they would risk burning themselves. Interesting how every other coffee place I’ve ever been to is able to make hot lattes without “burning themselves”. She then offered to refund me as I was about to walk out the door with my tiny, lukewarm $7.25 latte. This was supposed to be a quick five minute caffeine stop and I had already lost fifteen minutes and wasn’t about to waste any more time here.
TLDR: This place has poor service and ridiculous prices for itty bitty, lukewarm drinks. Don’t be fooled by all the five star reviews. The cafe portion of this place is run by total amateurs and isn’t worth your time or your money.

Cool, unexpected coffee shop in the middle of Warren Street. Good selection of pastries and savory treats. There are a few tables inside if you don’t mind the smell of motor oil (although it’s very clean overall and there are awesome motorcycles in the shop). The coffee itself is excellent.

Good but pricey. The maple latte is delicious but $5.50 is more than I pay in Manhattan! I got the duck waffle and the waffle was perfect but the duck was a little dry. Wasn’t sold on the spicy sauce- would have preferred something fruity instead. Cute atmosphere with motorcycle gear and nice servers

Review is for the both - cafe and moto gear/apparel store.
Cafe has great coffee. Not much more to say about that. Nice ambience, and a perfect brew. Great place to ride to and relax, and browse cool gear.
The moto apparel store is awesome. Been getting gear from there for my daughter and myself for a couple of years now. Their selection isn’t as robust as some online retailers, but they carry good stuff, and will not try and up-sell you stuff you didn’t intend to buy. Ian has been great on all of our trips there. Helping with product selection and fitment. Discuss all aspects of the gear - from safety/protection, suitability for weather, appearance, durability etc.
I do get a lot of gear from other online retailers as well, but I gotta say, for the experience of being able to try stuff on, and importantly, prices that are well matched, without “brick and mortar upcharge”, it’s well worth the trip. Several times I would have bought wrong sizes, even from manufactures from which I have bought before, resulting in nuisance exchanges, and am glad I tried stuff on, compared them, and ended up buying from here. Plus, moto gear looks very different on different individuals - far more than you think.
In a world of mostly online shopping, I hope these guys and others like them stick around for a while and don’t go the way of the record stores of years ago.

Great little cafe/moto-shop combo. The staff have always been friendly, the coffee & food always good. There's always some interesting motorcycles inside and often clients park some unique rides outside as well. When stopping in Hudson I nearly always stop in - you should check it out too.

Fresh food, made in front of you. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have gluten free waffle options as well as vegetarian (and possibly vegan) options. Good for a Sunday breakfast, the separate lines for coffee and food detract from a true breakfast service experience, which you don't mind if you like things to move quickly. Really friendly and down to earth staff. I think the best atmosphere for waffles is motorcycles, that being said there is a clear deliniation between the motorcycle and food areas, but no actual enclosure to separate the two. The coffee was great as well. The overall feeling I had after leaving here was wanting to return, enthusiastically.

Very cool place with a really nice owner that runs the motorcycle part of the place. Coffee and croissant was excellent. Only pastries, no sandwiches or other breakfast/lunch items. All the staff was very friendly. I even picked up the t-shirt.

Great store to buy your motorcycle gear and talk shop. I bought a pair of riding sneakers that I couldn't find anywhere else, and they were priced just right. Support a local business when you're buying stuff for the bike, and shop at MOTO!
