A special spot for lovingly prepared, nourishing dishes that meet the needs of different diets. You can come here with your veg friend, or your bacon friend! The quality of the food is excellent and I also enjoy the spices and flavor combos. The Norma and the Sonia are YUMMY! The juice is fresh and tasty too. Just so nice to have a local place like this. It’s fun to check out their wall of gift items, too~ lots of creative, eco-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing things to choose from!

Staff and food were great! Love their music taste and the outdoor seating was nice. Friendly place. Great selection to make if you want to feel healthy for once (I’m one gluttonous pig).

Very nice worker and store displays, however the smoothies were awful, especially for the expensive price.

Cutest shop with great outdoor seating. Enjoyed my juice (love that it comes in a glass jar you can return) as well as my smoothie! Both items tasted fresh and healthy - but super delicious. Service was great as well, placed my online order and received a text as soon as it was ready.

Don’t bother with the Rose London Fog, but everything else is awesome! The London Fog is, I believe, a non-caffeinated blend from Blume and is really bleh tasting, compared to similar blends like a turmeric latte. Other than that one item and the lack of a bathroom, everything else about the entire place is a worth a stop. It has fun mosaic floors, great eco products like cleaning supplies and candles, fresh tasty foods including fermented, juice, and baked goods, and the cafe foods are the right portions and really delicious. I’ve never had plantains in my breakfast sandwich before and now I’m wondering why. It has as may be obvious, a Latin (see name) flair in flavor but the heat in the dishes suits them perfectly - they are flavorful without being overpowering. Friendly staff and patrons and great tunes. I’d stop there again.

If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Easily one of my favorite places in Hudson.

AMAZE!! Had the Arroz con Grandules, Jam Toast, and a juice and everything was insanely good. The market has tons of awesome products as well!

Staff was super sweet and the owner was incredibly kind.

So happy to have a new (and affordable!) breakfast option.

UPDATE: A year later and it's only gotten better. I consistently find myself getting a bowl for breakfast and good for both breakfast and lunch. Servings are large and delicious. Vibe is great. Staff remains friendly, good at the job and super helpful.
