Kitty's Restaurant & Market Café

This was one of the most amazing dining establishments I have ever visited. The rotisserie chicken is possibly the best I ever had. It comes with chinese style hot oil - and it's the best variant I ever tasted. The sides are huge and amazing. Everything is compostable for the most part (wrappers, utencils, sauce cups). Friendly staff, gorgeous outdoor backyard space. Shop has local meats. Coffee is very smooth and delicious. The fact that a restaurant can be this environmentally friendly yet affordable amazes me. I hope other restaurants can follow suit.

Best breakfast sandwich in Hudson. And still available after 1pm (a must since most spots run out too early or are no longer serving at this time). We sat at the bar and service was fast and friendly.

We had the chicken sandwich. I have never had fried chicken more perfectly prepared! Light and Crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside.
We had the breakfast sandwich too with bacon and yes! Sauerkraut! Delicious.
And the smashed potatoes as a side were equally tasty. We couldn’t finish it all.

We stopped here every day on our trip. I'll forever add sauerkraut to my egg sandwiches now because of them. So delicious. Loved the walk up window where you can place orders and pick up food to go. Conveniently located across the street from the train station. They have a huge, beautiful outdoor patio with spaced out tables. The market is full of local goods and products, stop in for a taste of NY. The locals rave about their rotisserie chicken meals!

I have been once for dinner and once for breakfast and both times were great but the brunch was the real star in my opinion! I got an amazing brunch cobb salad and have craved it often since then. My husband got a breakfast sandwich on the flakiest biscuit too!

Everything is incredible — all the food and the hot drinks. Even the merch. Pot pie and biscuit sandwich (AND the breakfast sammy to-go) were all exquisite and reasonably priced. Nice work staff. We will definitely return … heck, we returned 2x in less than 24hrs.

This is one of the top two brunches of my life! Absolutely fantastic biscuit with a huge piece of fried chicken and delicious sausage gravy with fried egg! And a lovely setting and wonderful service.

First time in Hudson and Kitty’s was AWESOME! They are known for their rotisserie chicken, but their sides were SUPERB!! A great selection of craft beverages and carries YESFOLK kombucha, a personal favorite of mine. Will be back!! :)

Delicious and charming as hell. Our dinner service was excellent. Cute menu, decor is fresh and original, and garden is lovely!

I was really shocked this was listed as a breakfast place because I came here with my partner and we really couldn’t find anything to eat. We just ordered some soda and left an free going over the minute for a while. It looked like there were once sweater things on the menu that no longer exist.
