Our expert Baristas will create a handcrafted beverage with Latte Art being an our specialty. Your drink will be not only pretty but delicious! We serve a Chef driven breakfast and lunch menu along with our freshly baked croissants & muffins using only the finest ingredients along with some Gluten Free options. Stopped in to take a break from the heat, the staff here is so welcoming! Had some wine and a charcuterie plate - just told them we wanted a bold red and a salty cheese, and they brought out exactly what we needed. Wish we lived nearby so we could come back. Definitely recommend making a stop here!

This place was a super stop after a night out in Hudson! My friend and I stopped in for coffee & something sweet. I had a deliciously decadent chocolate cupcake and a cafe mocha. She loved her chai latte. Their coffee is SO legit! And I just LOVE that they're opened until 10pm. My friend and i agreed this will be our new spot. Thumbs up!

Outstanding coffee. Very warm atmosphere. Coffee better here than at our hotel The Maker. Owner is lovely and chatty. Opens 7am! The almond croissant is out of this world-best we have ever had.

Great ambience! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the owner’s passion for their business - from the delicious coffee to the fresh picked tulips! Very welcoming, warm atmosphere. We ordered a “dirty hot chocolate” (hot coco with a shot of espresso) and it was so good, we went back for a second one. Can’t wait to check out their wine & cheese bar at night!

FAMILY INSULTED- never visiting again. Arrived home this evening from Hudson Roastery. I was looking forward to sharing an evening with my family enjoying some live music, some coffee, wine, along with a charcuterie and cheese board. Expecting to invest alot for an hour or two of good memories. As far as I could tell there is no indicator of age restrictions for customers (my youngest daughter is 10 so no babies or young roaming children here). We were dressed appropriate. My wife wanted a cup of coffee to drink while listening to the music. When were seated, the woman (perhaps the owner) immediately greeted us abruptly with "were really focusing on charcuterie boards and wine-are you interested in that?" That's curious as the name of the establishment is Hudson Roastery, so is ordering a coffee too much to ask? Yes we were very much interested in wine, meat and cheese too- and yes we know what charcuterie boards are. Absolutely ridiculous. The message to us was very clear- we do not fit the profile of who we would like to serve at this time. Myself, my wife and daughters wondered what we all did wrong, and were very offended. ----I want to make this clear- The real disappointing part of this is that I hate to write this review. I visited this location a few weeks back with my wife and daughter on the same night and time, and it was a completely the opposite experience from this evening. The young woman serving us the first time, was welcoming and accommodating, very happy to help us and answer questions. This is by no means a reflection on her or even the food or drink. Hudson Roastery- please establish clearly what clientele you would like serve at certain times or if families are not encouraged on Saturday evenings. Your attitude was unwelcoming and pretentious to us tonight. I was hoping our family could be repeat customers and make this a tradition, and spend lots of quality time (and money) enjoying food, drink and live music. That most surely will not be happening, well not at Hudson Roastery. I encourage all families to keep our experience in mind. All of us, especially my daughters were seriously embarrassed.

Best coffee shop in Hudson. The owners make you feel like you are part of the family. Amazing coffee, great wine selection. Beautiful, sleek design. It is my second home. It is a place where you can bring your friend to catch-up or come by yourself and have a cup of coffee or glass of wine and read a book. Love that they open at seven so I can get my coffee and delicious almond croissant before work. Can not say enough good things about this place. Everyone must try, you won't be disappointed.

I don't give 5 stars unless a place gets it right. This coffee shop does. It's open from 7am which is what's needed in a town that doesn't seem to operate before 8am. Pastries are super fresh, coffee is consistently good and the service is great. Well done to the entire team
