In short, the company provides excellent coffee & amazing customer service. Kevin & the team are truly the embodiment of local, community-driven New York businesses. And a huge bonus: their coffee is certified organic & fair-trade — supporting sustainable and ethical farming practices.

I have tried their Lake George, Lake Pleasant, and Cayuga Lake coffees. Each one is unique, delicious, and of incredibly high quality.

Kevin & the team have earned themselves a long-term customer. I look forward to many years of supporting this amazing company.

As a native upstate New Yorker, my brother really wanted to try this coffee and support a local business. Kevin and everyone at Upstate Coffee are incredible! My brother is deployed overseas in the military and Upstate Coffee went above and beyond the call of duty to ship coffee to my brother. They have amazing coffee and amazing customer service!! I was running low on energy and on cash, all they asked was for a review and they took care of me! I am an avid cold brew coffee drinker, when I ordered it they made it perfect! It was so smooth, also just right, not to sweet or anything! I will for sure go see them again! Tried upstate coffee for the first time at the Adirondack Food and Wine Festival..AMAZING!! One of the best iced lattes I have ever had! Quality coffee and not over priced! Will definitely be ordering!

Coffee 10 out of 10! But the customer service and friendliness of the owner is what truly will make me a customer for life. Such an awesome experience visiting his pop up shop at the wheelerville mtb festival. My wife and I were still talking about their coffee and wanting to go back the next day for more. Me and my wife visited their pop-up cafe at the Rennaisance Fair at Indian Ladder Farm. Was a rough day for them as they ran out of ice repeatedly due to demand but they kept up while still keeping a big smile on their faces and keeping positive. Amazing coffee and overall amazing experience. Wished they were closer to home but was still an unforgettable experience!

I've known Kevin a while and love what he's doing so I ordered a combo of Upstate Coffee roasters a couple months back. YUM! I was so impressed with the different roasts and company vision that I ended up sending another combo to a potential customer of mine. The result...my customer wrote me a thank you note, they mentioned how much they loved the coffee, and we made a sale! I don't want to say it had everything to do with the coffee but it's great stuff! I'll for sure be ordering more for personal and professional use. Keep up the great work...yummmmm!

This coffee is amazing. I came across their booth set up at the Saratoga Art Fair and had to give it a try. Best coffee I’ve ever had. You can tell a lot of love and care went into the entire process. I bought the Lake Pleasant blend, which is dark and super smooth. I can’t wait to try the rest!
