We were visiting the area for a wedding and were looking for a cute coffee shop with coffee and tea options. This place exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere was instantly warm and welcoming (loved the succulents and student artwork)! The beverages were perfect and the food was exceptional. Especially the batistas latte art. This will be on our list to revisit next time we are in the area!

We really enjoyed this cute cafe!
We loved the smiley faces on our very delicious beverages (matcha and maple lattes)
The breakfast burrito and scone we got (forgot the pictures for those, we were hungry!) were very tasty.
We also loved enjoying the art that was hanging and that they had some games to play - first try at bananagrams and it was very fun.

Met a friend here for breakfast and tea. Very cute and comfy little coffee shop. If we live here, we would definitely frequent this spot. We all got the breakfast burrito without cheese, so delicious 😋. I also got an Oat milk chai that was one of the best chais ive ever sipped.

Out of towner here: I've been to this café twice now and was highly satisfied on both occasions. Service is quick, food is good and the music selection is EXCELLENT.

Visited the FLX this weekend, we Googled "cozy coffee shop" and Monaco's came up. Google nailed it.
Welcoming atmosphere and staff. Delish seasonal lattes (pumpkin spice was nice but brown sugar was even better). We ordered Avacado and Goat cheese toast. The bread was hearty yet soft. The goat cheese was delish, topped with walnuts and honey. Perfect way to start the day.

Update 3/8/23:
I went in for the first time in a while and ordered a large, hot latte with oat milk and caramel. I received a large hot latte with regular milk🥲🥲🥲

I love Monaco's for their brand and as a local business.
However, I want to be honest with my review.
-It's disappointing that their sizes have shrunk while their prices have increased.
-Sometimes you get a watered down coffee. It seems like the mood of the employee determines the quality of the drinks and customer service.
-That being said, having worked at Monaco's myself for a short time, I can understand the stresses of having to juggle the register, making drinks, and making the sandwiches all by yourself. But that shouldn't be an excuse for poor customer service and inconsistency. Most of the employees here are HWS students, so I do give them grace as they also have other workload from their studies.
On another note, I do like their merch!

This is my favorite coffee shop in the Finger Lakes! If I lived closer, I’d be there everyday. The coffee is great, the food is even better, the atmosphere is great, and the people are great!

I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Love the vibe of the place. I was sad to learn they don't offer decaf espresso (I know I know but I can't really have the caffeine but love the taste) I had a caramel latte with almond milk. My husband had a vanilla latte with whole milk which he loved. I had avocado toast which was okay. He had a breakfast burrito also okay he said heavy on the potatoes.

Just had the best start to my morning at Monaco’s Coffee! The atmosphere is welcoming and plenty of space to stay and relax to enjoy your coffee and breakfast sandwich. The honey lavender latte was delicious and so was my breakfast sandwich with goat cheese!

Monaco’s reminds me of a coffee shop I used to love to go to in LA! It has cute plants and their chocolate croissant (they warm it up and it’s heavenly!!).
